very firm and comfortable.
Style: 10" Medium

This has saved my back. I didn't know how bad our old mattress was until we replaced it with this one. We both toss and turn at night and it used to bother both of us. Now we don't hardly feel the other move. Great mattress

Not reliable
Style: 10" Medium
Size: Queen
The first one I ordered never formed properly. Amazon replaced it without an issue, but the replacement never formed either and was actually worse. I tried using the option to contact Serta directly for advice and never received any contact from Serta. I am highly disappointed because it is actually a comfortable mattress. I I’ll now have to go elsewhere for a mattress.

No smell. Well made. I am satisfied but not quite completely. Consider it as soft rather than firm.

Well, my mattress
Style: 10" Medium
Size: Queen
I waited to review this mattress as I wished to have months of use before telling what it’s like. After using this mattress for nine months I can confirm that it is a well-made, supportive, comfortable mattress. It was rather heavy in the box for one person to maneuver and unpack. Definitely have someone with you. Expanded nicely within 48 hours. It has kept it shape over the past nine months. No complaint. Highly recommend.

Comfortable & Worth the Price
Style: 10" Medium
Size: Full
This is my 2nd one of these mattresses. I have a fused spine and this mattress is very comfortable for sleeping, chilling or whatever activity you choose. I unfortunately broke my left leg in Oct 2023 and then once it healed, I broke my right leg in Mar 2024. This has forced me to be bed bound the entire time using this mattress. I haven’t had any issues with my back or my legs the entire time. I have stayed as relaxed and comfortable as possible with this mattress. I would highly recommend this mattress due to cost, quality and overall comfort. If they continue to put out mattresses like this, I will continue to purchase Serta mattresses.

Expanded unevenly
Style: 10" Medium
Size: Queen
I’m between a 3 and 4 star review here. The bed is comfortable and I like that it’s considered a medium-firm, but unfortunately I had to do an exchange because the first one I got didn’t expand properly (and I waited more than 48 hours for it to expand as suggested—didn’t sleep on it either). I received a new one and I’m waiting for the other one to be picked up and removed from the house. Hopefully the memory foam on the new one expands like it’s supposed to.
