Beautiful Set of Dishes Beautiful Set of Dishes
Size: Set (12pcs)
Color: light / beige-blue
I ordered a set of these and received one as a Christmas gift this year. The first set arrived in perfect condition, they are packed for shipping really well. I was very surprised when my gifted set arrived and 3 plates were broken. I sent an email that night explaining my situation. I was emailed back within the hour and received amazing customer service. They received the pictures of my broken plates and started the process to ship replacements. Within about 3 days I received a replacement set. I am extremely satisfied and impressed by the level of service. The dishes themselves are beautiful, and look stunning in my kitchen. I like the weight and thickness of the plates. I do wish the bowls were slightly deeper, but that’s a personal preference. So far I’ve had no issues with cleaning them, both in the dishwasher and by hand. They have a nice clear coat and wipe clean very easily. They don’t stack perfectly, but I kind of like the more rustic style of the plates so it doesn’t bother me, my husband disagrees. So that might be up to your preference as well. All that said I think these dishes are a great set and worth the price. I am very happy with my purchase, and extremely pleased with the customer support.

Beautiful AND Sturdy!
Size: Set (32pcs)
Color: dark / petrol
Bought these before Christmas last year. Nearly half a year later and these are holding up well. They've seen tons of use including going through the dishwasher innumerable times. The plates stack well, resist chipping, and have remained as good looking as they day I unboxed them. They also resist scratches from steak knives and other metal utensils. They are heavy - which is a testament to their quality and durability, so that's not a downside. This was a great buy and so much better than the thinner cheaper plates at some brick and mortar houseware shops.

Beautiful Set But Arrived With Broken Pieces. Beautiful Set But Arrived With Broken Pieces.
Size: Set (24pcs)
Color: light / beige-blue
Update 1217/25 The seller immediately contacted me and took care of the issue. Seller is very responsive and they stand by their products. I highly recommend this seller. Upgrading to 5 stars. I recently purchased the Stoneware Dinnerware Set for 8 persons (24 pieces). The overall look and feel of the set are impressive—it has a modern, elegant design that fits perfectly for both everyday use and special occasions. The stoneware feels durable and has a nice weight to it, giving the impression of quality craftsmanship. **Pros:** - **Beautiful Design:** The color and finish are exactly as advertised, giving a stylish touch to the dining table. - **Good Weight and Quality:** Each piece feels solid and well-made, not flimsy like some other sets. - **Versatile:** Works well for casual meals and formal gatherings. **Cons:** - **Broken Pieces on Arrival:** Despite being packaged well with protective materials, a few pieces arrived chipped or broken. This was disappointing because the packaging seemed secure, so the damage likely occurred during transit. - **Replacement Hassle:** Having to contact customer service for replacements adds extra time and effort. - **Fragile in Shipping:** While sturdy for use, the set seems vulnerable to rough handling during delivery. Overall, I really like the design and quality of the set, but the experience was dampened by receiving damaged pieces. If you decide to purchase, I recommend checking everything immediately upon arrival and being prepared to request replacements if needed. With better shipping protection or handling, this would easily be a 5-star.

Nice dish set!
Size: Set (32pcs)
Color: black / black matte
This set is substantial (not cheap or fragile). I like the lip on the plates. I will say that I can see all of the scratch marks caused by utensils. I think it might be because it’s a matte finish. There’s no gloss to protect it from scratches.

Beautiful and light but very well made
Size: Set (32pcs)
Color: dark / petrol
There was not a single scratched, chipped or broken piece in the set. The colors are absolutely stunning. We hand wash them so I dont know how they stand up in dishwasher but they are perfect for the microwave. Best dish set I have bought in a long time. They also aren't quite as heavy as previous ceramic sets I've had.
