I absolutely loved this product until about 9 months after purchasing it and using it about twice a week the steamer suddenly turned off and would not heat back up. I’ve reached out to the company and they have not responded yet. Update: I did receive a response from SereneLife customer service. They were extremely helpful. They asked for my invoice. It took about 2 weeks to get a replacement, no charge. The replacement is working great. Fingers crossed I don’t have another issue in a few months. ... show more

The steam is hot and it feels great for the body. One of the best things we purchased this year for self-care and relaxation! My partner and I use it almost daily. Sauna time is something we look forward to every evening and completely saved our mood during the chilly and gloomy Spring nights. The customer support is great with Serenelife as well. The streamer stopped working after three months. We emailed the manufacturer and received a replacement in a few weeks. However, when I went to put on the cover, there were loose threads hanging from the top portion of the lining and the seams on one of the sides were ripped. This mobile steam spa has really over-delivered so far! Got it a few weeks ago and was super easy to assemble and worked right out of the box. Takes about 10 minutes to heat up and it works like a charm! Keeps heat and the enclosure is really air-tight! I was looking at other built-in sauna options that were 15 times the price and feel like this is definitely a bargain. I realize I may have to replace the steam machine at some point but would still be money ahead compared to what I was looking at. Loving this and waited way too long to make this purchase!
