I’m so glad I bought this-it folds easily, can be stowed away in a closet, gets up to about 140 (the sauna I was used to at the gym was 165 but this feels just as hot to me). I’m 5’6’’ and 150 pounds, and I fit with space left. The reviews are true about the inside of the sauna getting hot but my body doesn’t touch the sides. I place a towel inside on the floor to catch the sweat and I don’t use the foot mat. I researched these saunas for months. I really wanted a more expensive one but was afraid to spend the money. Picked this one to start with and I love it. Its perfect, I picked the soft grey one. I use it almost everyday. I bought it 3 months ago and no issues so far. Im petite so I don't use the chair. It comes with a foam floor mat and I put 2 towels on top and its comfortable. Because im all in, i get super hot and sweat all over, even my face drips in sweat! I used the foot mat twice. I noticed both times i did, the sauna shut itself off after a short time. Since I don't need it, I never turn it on. Its hot enough without it. I always unplug it after each use after reading other reviews. I prefer to use it on my back porch because I have wood floors. It's a good product and doesn't take up much room... but it is on the smaller side. I'm 5'10 and it is a tight fit for me. I can't sit up straight and lean back against the seat, I have to sit leaning forward to fit in it properly. It's a bit awkward but doable. I can't say that it relieves any pain as I've only been using it a few weeks but I do like that it heats up very well and I get a good sweat going for 25-30 mins. It was worth the price to try a portable sauna and if I find I'm using it more I'll probably upgrade to a nicer unit. ... show more

I love it! Good quality material and heats up fast I wasn’t sure that the chair would hold my weight, but it does! Thought I would need to buy a separate chair. I’m plus size and I fit well inside.
