I bought this a week ago, it was recommended by my neurologist. I previously had a jacuzzi sauna and was so upset when it was sold along with our house so went to my doctor looking for recommendations. I was looking for something to get me through this year. I have chronic Lyme along with a list of autoimmune issues and know the sauna supports my journey to getting better! I am surprised at how much I like this sauna. It gets to 140, I am working up a great detox and sleeping well. I like that I can move it from room to room if I want, we are in a smaller house and I am considering taking it on our upcoming road trip. I have already recommended this to a few friends! I can't get over how easy the sauna was to set up!! I pulled it out of the box and had it together in 5 minutes. It took me a few minutes to learn how to work the remote control settings for temperature and it was all complete. I am so excited to continue to use this over and over. Montana winters are c-o-l-d! A few minutes in this and I’m relaxed and ready for a good night’s sleep. The product is a good alternative to those large wooden (beautiful and expensive) ones that take up lots of permanent space.
