- Requires an HDMI connection like any other monitor Depending on your GPU and how many monitors you already have connected, this might be an issue. I already had 4 monitors connected, so in order to use this tablet, I have to disconnect one of my monitors or use an HDMI splitter, which works, but the display quality is reduced dramatically on the monitor and tablet when both are in use with splitter approach. - Requires a USB connection to your machine Not a huge deal, but it adds yet another cord to deal with - You'll need a CD drive to install the included drivers I found NOWHERE to download the drivers online as stated in the user manual. Fortunately, I have a portable CD drive just for cases like this. - Pressure sensitivity seems a bit off But then again, I haven't taken the time to try to tune this. Other: Contrary to what other reviewers have stated, this tablet works just fine with my Windows 11 PC. Even though the driver package does not explicitly list Windows 11 support, I was able to install the included drivers on Windows 11 successfully. I caught this tablet when it was listed here for less than $100 and couldn't pass it up. If you have a Windows 11 computer, do not buy. This drawing tablet only offers Windows 10 and older drivers. The drivers also come on a CD, and most laptops and desktops do not use CD players anymore, so you'll have to buy a CD player to hook up to your computer. It would be a big waste of money to buy this product unless you want to use it as a second monitor. Even then, the graphics are very low. ... show more

I love this product. I do agree that the manual that it comes with does not tell you where to download the driver. I solved this by contacting Serenlife. They answered my email within 24 hrs and gave me the link to download the driver now I'm enjoying drawing on it.

    • RIPPED OFF!!! BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!!
SCAM!!! This item/model is discontinued by its original manufacturer. There are no AVAILABLE DEVICE DRIVERS for it and the product manual directs you to the company's website which is a shell - the item does not appear among the less than a dozen items in total on the site nor do ANY of the associated model numbers for similar tablets. There is no product support. ZERO. NONE! if you call the company's IT Support number (provided by Amazon) you will get a foreign voicemail that you cannot understand. BUYERS BEWARE!! ... show more

Everything arrived just fine, but the manual says to download driver from website, and the website no longer has this item available. Do your research better than we did, this is a known issue and no resolution is available. Hoping Amazon removes this item so no one else has to waste their money.
