    • Great pain relief but seeps through clothing
I use a pain patch for my arthritic knee and ankle before exercising and wanted to try something with natural ingredients. While this one provides excellent pain relief for me, the natural oils do seep through my clothing so I need to be careful while wearing them. For example, I had a patch on my knee while wearing knit pants, had my hand resting on my knee while sitting then went to rub my eyes. Fortunately, I smelled the mint oil in my hand before I got it into my eyes. For this reason, I probably will not purchase this brand again. Also, the white print on the back of the peach colored package was a poor choice as it is very hard to read. I had to use a magnifying glass to read the instructions to know how long I could keep the patch on my skin. ... show more

I am a chronic pain sufferer and have tried so many patches and creams. This one sticks the best and seems to work better than the others. Long time pain sufferer, especially lower back and knees. I have tried many types of products and patches, with varying results. FINALLY, this one actually relieves pain, for hours. It goes on easily, sticks well and stays in place for 24 hours. Initially the coolness helps distract the mind from the pain, but gradually you feel the pain slowly dissolve away and stay away and less painful for hours. I work in a hospital, 12-13 hour shifts, on my feet 10 of those hours. Thanks to this formulation, I can not be distracted from my care of others by my own pain. And by the way, the essential oils in this formulation are very similar to the oils used in the "raindrop technique" of illeviating pain. I gave this product as a gift to my aunt, who has a back pain. She loves this product. The patches stick well to the skin all day and elevate her back pain. In addition, she loves the smell of the patch, which has a light floral aroma. The size of the patch is also perfect for her back.
