This little guy has saved me from postpartum spiraling more times than I would like to admit. We got the nanit but you can’t actually use the breathing bands over a swaddle. It alerts for temperature concerns, rolling over, and slow breathing. I leave it up on my phone over night and it’s helped me calm down and sleep so much better. So far so good! The battery life is great!! It makes me feel better at night being able to see his breathing rhythm and his temperature, especially with the heat wave we have been having. It easily connects to Bluetooth and does not bother baby having it on his diaper at night.

Absolutely love this "beeper" as we call it. The peace of mind this gives is amazing. App works great, as does device. It is very loud when the alarm sounds and will wake you right up. So far I love it! I’m charging it now. The instructions are easy to follow and the size is nice, i downloaded the app and set it up and I’m going to try it on my baby and see how it works! So far so good! Now I’ll be able to sleep at night instead of constantly watching the baby monitor. Battery seems really good. We ended up returning this item for a few reasons. One, it only can connect to one phone app so only I or my husband could check it or turn it off during a diaper change which wasn’t convenient. Two, the alarm didn’t notify me when the device was disconnected from my baby, it beeped itself but did not send a notice to my phone and I was downstairs so I wasn’t informed which can be dangerous if you are relying on this. Three, I feel like it could be a little more accurate for the temperature rather than “surrounding” temperature or else it’s just a weird feature that isn’t really necessary in my opinion. It also made my baby’s skin irritated where it sat on his stomach and we only used it at night from about midnight to 7 am so it wasn’t on him constantly. ... show more

Very disappointed. Could never get this to work. When first received we immediately charged it up and connected it to Bluetooth and it seemed like it worked however in the middle of the night I went to check it while he was sleeping and turned out it was only keeping track all of a couple of minutes when we first set it up and after that nothing. Thank goodness nothing happened to him with in that time frame. Recharged it, checked the WiFi and Bluetooth and if it was on him properly and again same issue, would not stay powered up and wouldn’t connect. Played around with it all morning and still no luck. The product itself feels very cheap. The idea behind it is amazing but if it only worked properly. Would not recommend this product. Very unreliable and anything dealing with your babies health and safety needs to work properly and promptly especially with the intention of sleeping. ... show more
