I have already owned two pans by this company, and was waiting for them to put out a whole set so I could replace my older, other brand, pans. I was psyched when I saw this set! These are such good nonstick, when properly cared for, that they last for years. They are sturdy and well made, but not super heavy. The handles are very comfortable to grip. Even though I just received this set, I have owned two of the deep sauté pans for several years, so I will give my long term feedback on those also. First, comments on the new set and the packaging: It's all packed very compact, it's almost hard to believe there's a whole set in there. The pan handles and the knobs for the lids are separate. This saves on packaging, and they're very easy to assemble. They even include a screwdriver! Make sure to pay attention to which handles go on which pans. They look identical, but two of them are slightly larger than the others. I initially tried to put one of the smaller handles on the wrong pan, and it didn't fit properly. There's a very clear illustration that I could have referred to. Don't lose or forget to use the little washers that are on the screws! I did this with one of my older pans, and the handle was jiggling a little before I could replace the washer. The free utensils that were included are good quality and sturdy, and the dividers are very helpful. Here are my recommendations after owning the other pans for years: 1. I don't put them in the dishwasher. They're so ridiculously easy to clean, it shouldn't be necessary anyway. 2. I made the mistake of searing meat on high in the first one I owned, and it lessened the efficacy of the nonstick surface. It's still usable, but that's why I bought a second one. Incidentally, this was after over a year of use. The newer one, which I haven't seared anything in, I've owned for over a year now, and it's like brand new. I use it practically every day. 3. The obvious, don't use metal cooking utensils or steel wool etc with these. Don't heat up without oil, butter, or food in the pan. If you take care of these, they should last for years. Nonstick pans are not known for their longevity, these are the exception that proves the rule. And the price can't be beat!

This set is easy to clean and has all the components needed for most cooking. I like the neutral color pans with their thick, natural, wood handles. The handles are much more balanced in size and strength than many pans I have used in the past.

I’m too embarrassed to mention how many hours I spent researching nonstick cookware sets on Amazon. But I know that the number of hours was into double figures. I loved this set from the very beginning, but I kept thinking there’s no way it can be very good at this price, so I looked and looked and exhausted myself. Finally shows this SENSARTE set. And I’m really really glad I did. The items were packed beautifully and tightly. There was very little assembling to do. I’m someone who gets confused peeling an orange and yet I had no trouble putting the handles onto the pots and pans. I was even amazed at the quality of the screwdriver they enclose for that purpose. So my first impression after getting the handles attached was the this is one beautiful collection of cookware. I don’t cook often. But I cook oven enough to want to use good cookware. What a difference it makes. I might have to buy a toque and apron. Every pot and pan I’ve cooked with so far has been a joy to use. I followed the directions carefully cooked at the proper temperatures, use a bit olive oil each time, and the results were perfect. One last reason that I’ve given this cookware set five stars — and I would give a 10 if I were allowed — is that SENSARTE customer service is world-class. I noticed that there was a tiny imperfection on one of the frying pans. I sent a message to the company via Amazon app. I got an answer within hours. The person who wrote was extremely gracious, asked me to send photos of the frying pan, which I did. They responded, almost instantly, promising that I’d have a replacement fan within a week. I don’t want to be cynical about these things, and skeptical, but I’ve been burned (no pun) enough by dishonorable companies to expect less than the best. But sure enough the pan arrived. Five days later. I haven’t been a bit upset to find the tiny imperfection. These things happen. Even without the pan, the set would’ve been well worth what it cost. But the final result — getting the replacement so quickly and with no hassle — made the experience perfect.

These SENSARTE pots and pans have a dull nonstick coating and one of the pans has a stain already. Some minor knicks and scratches due to shipping. Other than that, the pots and pans are okay to use, they are easy to clean, and we like the color of the set. We also purchased a SENSARTE Nonstick Ceramic 11-inch Sauté Pan of the same color as an addition to the pots and pans set however this Sauté Pan has a better nonstick coating and is the most enjoyed and used pan.

I purchased these for my camper. We have used them several times now and I LOVE THEM. I have cooked bacon and eggs, sausage, hamburgers with cheese melted over them and NOTHING sticks. They are so easy to clean, lids keep food warm. They still look brand new even after using them multiple times, very durable.

Very nice quality and excellent nonstick properties. I’m only disappointed that at not at least one of them can go in the oven above 300°F 🥹 Since I just got them I can’t really attest to the durability but they come with nice pads so you can stack them without scratching. Also surprised it came with a very nice screwdriver to put the handles on!
