****UPDATE**** The sputtering while running, not running, and hard starts are a surprisingly simple fix. During wither storage or transport it seems that the unit was left on its side, this caused the remaining test oil in the motor to find its way to the AIR FILTER. When I finally noticed that my air filter was oil soaked, I cleaned it with a couple drops of dawn dish soap a couple times until no more oil was present. After squeezing out excess water, blowing it with the air compressor, and finishing drying overnight, my mower now starts the FIRST PULL EVERY TIME without even priming. ****ORIGINAL REVIEW**** Arrived a day earlier than expected which was nice. The included oil for initial fill was a nice touch. The deck seems solid overall and the large rear wheels are perfect for my property. That having been said, my initial experience was not without a problem. Started great and ran strong in very deep grass/weeds for about 40 minutes, then it started sputtering like it was low on fuel. It looked like there was still plenty in the tank, but I topped it anyhow. After pulling the cord about 12 consecutive times it finally started again and ran for maybe about 5 minutes before dying and not starting again no matter what I tried. Thankfully, I have good mechanical knowledge. After checking the spark plug I found no problem, the filter was perfectly fine as it should have been. Only next step was to clean the carburetor. After removing and cleaning the carburetor with carb cleaner spray only and reassembly, it took a moment to start, but ran flawlessly afterwards. I'm still not certain that the primer bubble is working as it should since the next day it took a moment to get it started, but once warm it started first pull easily. This is not a problem from Senix, the is a problem from Briggs & Straton. Sad that this is the case as I had higher standards from such a reputable US company. I will be contacting them regarding this Overall, I am happy with my purchase and grateful that it was at such a good price. Also for anyone who has trouble with turning a heavier mower, I feel this is a good option as it isn't too heavy and maneuvers easily.

I purchased the Senix gas mower for my quarter acre property. It shipped fast and was packaged securely. Assembly was very simple (no tools needed) and it came with engine oil. The mower started on the 1st pull! I’ve used both the side discharge and mulching. The side discharge is easy to install and remove. Both did very well and didn’t have any issue with grass clumping. The height can easily be adjusted. I cut my lawn around 3”. The mower is very light and easy to maneuver. I am very pleased with my purchase!

This mower is very easy to assemble and use and comes with the necesssary oil to service for the initial startup. The mower started right up on the first pull and I put it to use right away without any problems. This mower is lightweight but sturdy and performs well in medium to tall grass. I"m very pleased with the quality and ease of starting and would buy again.

At first, I was pumped about this mower. It was lightweight and did a nice job cutting. However, after a year, the orange screws that keep the handle in place got stripped and no longer work. So, it makes the mower so much harder to turn and maneuver. I had to use duct tape for temporary relief, but that doesn't work nearly as well. I wanted to get the parts (the orange screws) replaced, so I filled out a customer service request with Senix several months ago and heard nothing back. So next, I tried calling them. TWICE I called them and listened to music for 10 minutes while waiting to talk to someone and got disconnected. Their customer service is terrible. I would NOT recommend this mower.

I purchased the 125cc engine for myself. I was satisfied with mower and shipment. My delivery was sooner than expected and box was rattling and shaking. Assembly was okay, only 1 bolt and nut were missing which supported the handles. I was able to hook it up anyway. I cut my yard, another yard and an empty lot (I'm guessing more than 1/2 acre). The cut was even, the machine was pretty quiet as far as mowers go, and gas was added near the end of the mowing session. I was satisfied with it, so I purchased the 140cc engine with large rear tires to keep at another property that isn't that close to where I live. That package was well secured. All parts were in place. Assembly was easy at this point. The mower worked as good as the other. I could tell the engine was a bit stronger and the large wheels mover better through the grass. I would recommend for simple yard maintenance and easy functionability.

I really love this little mower! It comes nearly fully assembled in the box, the side chute for grass is easy on/off, it starts up well with the three fuel pumps and just one or two pulls. Wheel height is easily adjustable, too. No complaints!

I’ve used this mower over a year now, and am very happy with it. The little primer squeeze pump doesn’t move any gas at all. That being said, I have never had any problem getting the mower started without priming it. This mower is lightweight and easy to push. In spite of it’s weight, it seems heavy duty enough to perform any lawn mowing duties for a normal size residential yard.
