  • Glorified string trimmer
Flimsy and tinny build. Oil spout designed so it is impossible to pour oil in directly -- company included a small bottle (not a funnel), which is also ridiculously difficult to use. Easy pull start. Design flaws allow debris to fly toward your face at high speed. Releasing handle does not always cut off mower -- have to turn off switch that is in debris path. Elevating the mower slightly, such as mowing on an incline, causes oil to leak from filter -- instructions state raising only 26 degrees will cause this. First clump of grass caused mower to stop and now does not restart. Definitely not suitable for farm, ranch, or brush clearing as falsely stated on their site -- barely suitable for suburban backyard lawn trimming. Junk from start to finish. ... show more

  • Good weedeater
A good machine once you understand it. Easy for this Grandmother to assemble and use. It has an on/off switch and a primer button. Never prime it more than 3 times. This design floods very easily. Turn switch to "on" by pushing the straight line symbol on the switch down. Prime only 2 or 3 times. Pull the starter cord until it starts. No more priming. If still hard to start try loosening the gas cap a little. My machine at least doesn't like to restart when warm. Take a little break if you refuel after using it to let it cool some. It does a good job and runs much quieter than my previous walk behind weedeater did. ... show more

  • Do not buy if you have a big yard
This thing looked awesome right out of the box. Quality build, came with oil, clear instructions, and everything was neatly packed. It started on the first pull and runs smooth. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. It simply does not cut or trim well at all. The engine is not powerful enough to handle anything taller than about 4 inches. My Worx 24V weed eater does more than this machine. I was super, super disappointed because I really liked how light it was and how easy it was to maneuver, but it just pushes weeds and brush over, then the head stops spinning. To be more specific, it will not cut through anything thicker than a toothpick before the string stops. It might be good for someone with a small 10x10 patch of grass in their yard, but this is not good for anything else. ... show more

  • Don't walk to the nearest exit, RUN.
If you need to cut tall grass, this tool is not for you. You would be better off using a lawnmower, as it has more power and provides a better cut. Against my better judgment, I decided to buy this cheap knock-off after my Bear Cat was in the shop. I thought it might be sufficient for tackling the long weeds in my backyard. Unfortunately, I found it disappointing that such tools don't perform as promised. The entire product description seemed misleading. If you are looking to cut grass that is 6 inches tall or even up to 1 foot, then this isn't the right choice. My Bear Cat works effectively as advertised, while this knock-off struggled with everything I tried to cut. The engine simply doesn't have enough power to spin fast enough. Please avoid buying these inexpensive knock-offs; they simply do not work, and you end up wasting your money on an item that isn't returnable. It seems like the manufacturers are just trying to make a quick profit by selling to unsuspecting customers, only to change the name later and sell it to more people. ... show more

  • ..Very little power and No torque.
The product looks good, starts good, but can only cut the thinest lightest grass. Brush or weeds will stop the string dish. ...........Very little power and No torque. Tried every thing suggested by technical services. Little improvement. I must say Amazon was great to give me a refund.

Works great on cleaning up the sides of the sidewalk. Looks to be of good quality

  • No torque
Terrible item. Sounds like it runs great, as soon as it hits the grass loses all torque. Took me an hour to just weed eat around the edge of my house. My house is like 1800 sq feet. It is not large enough to take an hour.

  • Wimpy engine won't cut grass.
Great concept but dosen't work well. Engine is too wimpy to spin the heavy trim line. I checked today to see if I could send it back. I missed the return window by 2 days.
