The SENIX 13 Amp Electric Pressure Washer is one of the best tools I’ve purchased in a long time. From start to finish, the experience has been excellent. Assembly was a breeze. Everything fit together exactly as it should, with the parts locking firmly into place. I appreciated that there were no leaks anywhere once connected — a sign of good design and quality manufacturing. Performance is outstanding. The motor started right up without hesitation and delivered consistent, high pressure. I used the included turbo nozzle for both cleaning my cement patio and washing my car, and I was impressed by how versatile it was. The washer had more than enough power to blast away stubborn dirt and grime from the patio, yet it was still gentle enough to handle car washing without worry. Design details really stand out. The 20-foot hose is not only long enough for most jobs but also flexible and resistant to kinking, which made maneuvering around obstacles simple. The 35-foot power cord, complete with a GFCI connection, gave me plenty of reach and peace of mind on safety. Together, these features allowed me to work efficiently without constantly stopping to readjust. The unit is light enough - only 7 lbs - that it can be carried and moved around easily by anybody. (My wife had no problems carrying and using this pressure washer). Also, customer service is excellent. I got an answer to a question in 15 minutes. SENIX recommends that the unit be stored indoors, if possible, to avoid long term exposure to temperature extremes such as cold winters (0 oF) or hot summers (100 oF). An outdoor shed for storage is not recommended. Overall, this unit is compact, powerful, and thoughtfully designed. Whether it’s for tough outdoor cleaning or regular car washing, it does the job with ease. I highly recommend the SENIX 13 Amp Electric Pressure Washer to anyone looking for a reliable, well-built pressure washer at a great value.

Assembly easy. Some parts are tight fitting, but that is better than leaks. Lots of value here but pressure fairly weak. Great for cleaning before painting, but do not expect to blow the stubborn stains with one use. Overall, this is fine for cleaning routine maintenance on sidewalk or driveways. Also a fine machine for elderly who don't want a huge gas powered or heavy pressure washer on wheels.

The soap / foam bottle in the box is not the same as the one in the photos and in the product photos. They must have changed this out at some point and decided not to update either the product photos or the user manual. The product photos show the soap bottle connected to the extension wand. The soap they (apparently) are now using attaches to the spray gun directly. So this is definitely confusing, to the point that one user commented that it didn't fit at all. It does fit, but not as show in the photos or in the user manual

Bought a pressure washer. Great product. There is a mistake on how to attach a component in the user guide. I called the support number and I got a good answer. BUT the nest day they sent me an email on how to receive suport. It included sending proof of purchase and a video of the problem among other things. RIDICULOUS. What if I had given this as a gift. The new owner would not be able to get support. Bottom line: If you think you will need support, don't bother buying for Senix.
