It works beautifully ... as long as it is hard-wired. Mine never took a charge. I'm in "Hurricane Alley, so isolation from the house power was a large reason why I bought it in the first place. Sent an email to seller through Amazon; seems support email supplied by seller does not work.

Well firstly you can only use this either with keeping the charger plugged in or with a powerbank. The remote is cheap thin and the buttons are really stiff. It actually made my thumb sore. Sometime when I use my LG Tv Remote the light changes the dim setting. Huh ? The plastic housing is sorta cheap and unlike my Dimunt Floor Lamp shines sorta harshly. They're remote is far better quality too. I have 3 of these. Do not make a table lamp, bummer. This is not a quality product. ... show more
