The media could not be loaded. okay let me start off by saying that i have 7 cats so i use this automatic litter box and a regular one incase this one is in the process of cleaning and one of my cats needs to use the bathroom. i really like this one mainly because its very big, ive bought other ones that are too small for my really big cats they just dont use it, but ive seen my big cat use this one so much im very happy with it. i saw someone else say that their cats poop gets suck of the teeth of the cleaner and like of course it will, unless your cats poop is rock hard and isnt wet as if it isnt coming out of their body like yeah of course its gonna get suck, it honestly doesnt get suck as often and with multiple cycles the poop ends up coming of by itself, i have never had to actually clean the poop off. its very easy to clean i just pop the bottom tray out and wash it with a hose outside, and sometimes ill just get a rag and cleaning spray to clean the actual machine itself but it doesnt get very dirty and thats with 7 cats. smell wise it isnt covered which is good for cats but since it cleans right after your cat leaves the smell is tucked away into the poop chamber so it doesnt make my house smell but when it does open the chamber to put more poop inside you do smell a little since the smell is coming out you know? but i really dont mind it its like 4 seconds. also it says it’s supposed to only use clumping litter but i personally dont, it has never broken on me. the only thing is if you put too much litter it wont work so it will display EO or something that just means you need to use less litter, disconnected it and reconnect it and its good to go again ... show more

After only using the litter box for 2 weeks. The rake on the track started slipping and not catching. Started to make loud popping noises and now does not function properly. You have to hold the rake to get it to rake up properly. The loud popping scares my cat and I have not been able to use it. I also can not find any place to contact anyone for warranty or replacement. ... show more

Does what it’s supposed to do but if you have a cat that thinks it’s play time when it goes into cleaning mode I would not recommend because my cat keeps jumping in it causing it to stay stuck in one position so I have to keep resetting it.
