I received this self-cleaning litter box a few days ago. I just got back from vacation. Then I had time to unpack it and try it out. It's just as I thought . It looks perfect, simple and good quality! The package was received on time. Amazon sent the 6-digit code to verify the purchase, which is pretty good as this product is a bit expensive to ensure delivery to the right person; Amazon is very considerable. I have been looking for a self-cleaning machine for a while, and one of my friends recommended this one. It's fantastic. I attached the four photos to this post. My cat took two days to get used to it. The first day we received it, she was a bit nervous and kept running away when I put her in the machine. But two days later, she just went there and started using it comfortably. In one of the photos, you can see this link to your cell phone so you can have detailed info about when your cat goes to use the machine and how long she stays there. The assembly is easy—just plug it in. Make sure to put it on the flat floor so it can weigh your cat correctly. They also attach the waste bag( as in the attached photo) when you first use it, so next time I need to change it, I will have a good idea of how to do it. It's super helpful. The set up is very easy to use and the after disposal is easy to do as well. It was also able to collect data from my cat so I know if my cat is health. It rlly helped me have a peace of mind. We just got a 2nd cat. Told hubby we needed one of these. He said get it. Had a week so far. Cats took to it right away. I have it to clean 2 mins after they are out. I wish we got this sooner. I love that the waste goes in the trash bag and no more scooping out! Love that it weighs the cats. App needs to be able to tell which cat has used it. Going back to see who used more it just shows weight of the last one in on all the messages. So no way of telling which cat uses it more unless you check every time. I only added 1 cup litter to it tonight so already saving on litter!!!! It’s a little pricey but well worth it in the long run. And if your like me I hated changing the litter box. Not anymore. Also I can keep this on the floor and not up on top of the dog cage so the dogs can’t eat cat poop!!! Took 2 yrs but finally was able to get it and I love it!!! ... show more

I like that it works as it should. My kitties took right to it; I initially just used the litter from their old box. Now we’re off to the races. The owner’s manual could be better, and when you call the customer service line no response , so your on your own. So bottom line is it seems to be working great but NO SUPPORT FROM THE COMPANY! ... show more
