One had the internal mech failure inmed and didn't even do the little it is capable of. The other is at best nonfunctional. The only function is an internal piston to push thr paper out of thr gripper. But the gripper doesn't grip the paper anyway. A few sheets or or full jammed inside. Wrapped around or bunched. This tool gets the job done, but the release feature doesn't last long. Even so, it's workable. I would advise wrapping the tissue paper around it rather than just pushing it in the section made for it.

I had high hopes for this following back surgeries. But 3rd X using, push mechanism got stuck. Hoping 2nd one works better. If so I'll revise review.

Hard plastic handle with plenty of reach to get the job done. Just make sure you use thicker paper and change out paper so it can't stick from wetness as you wipe. Also, be aware of getting the crack dirty and wash often.
