So this looks amazing and even better in person. The movment is buttery smooth and silent. It is definitely worth the purchase but there's hitch. Amazon ships it without putting it in a shipping box for extra protection. When I got the clock, the oem box was smashed along with the glass face being destroyed. I reluctantly asked for an exchange, with the potential of the same thing happening. The replacement arrived safely, and again shipped only in the oem box. Amazon does not take any extra precaution by placing it in a shipping box for extra protection. C'mon Amazon you make more than enough money to afford a shipping box that costs pennies on the dollar. Guess what....the item won't arrive broken, you won't have to take a loss on a return, and you have happy customers. It's a win-win. ... show more
