It was all perfectly packaged, every piece was in perfect condition upon arrival. The instructions were super easy to follow and I assembled the whole fire place by myself in about an hour. Great product. Packed really well with no damaged pieces. Material is almost plastic like coated which allows for easy cleaning. Slight problem with the alignment of the media door but not really noticeable unless you know. Would certainly buy from this company again. Very happy customer!

I was able to put it together by myself. I had to redo one side after I realized it had to be pushed in before screwing the sides in burt wasn't an issue. I've got a few compliments. My nephew asks me to turn on my fake fire all the time.

The media could not be loaded. We were so surprised at the quality and beauty of this fireplace. It was exactly as the picture showed it to be, only much prettier!! It was easy to assemble and a really great product for the price. Our only concern and it’s small is that you have to have the remote to operate it as there are no manual buttons.
