Very nice camera, easy setup, good quality and clear picture. Nice night vision as well. But the biggest plus is their customer service. Everytime I have any kind of question or need help the customer service is available, short wait and always helpful. I recently received help from Clari, she was friendly and fix my issue quickly. Will buy more in the future.

Don’t waste your money. It records when it wants and doesn’t the other times even though it alerts you. Contacted to let them know and they had AI answer me. But the suggestion didn’t work, and now it records maybe 1 or 2 times a week even though I get notifications. Look at others that may be better hopefully. I gave 1 star cause the camera shows were you put it just doesn’t record when needed.

Good camera for the price. I do wish it has motion tracking capabilities, but i should’ve looked before I purchased. Easy to set up. Seems to connect well from pretty far away. Notifications seems to come through fine. Customer service is great! They gave me a warranty and free cloud storage for a year. “Deer” was very good help!

I’ve had my camera for a month.. it works when it feels like it. Sometimes it doesn’t work at night which is why I mostly bought it to catch the raccoons in the middle of the night. Sometimes it work. Also, it catches my plants being blown by the wind but I was in my garden and no alarm was detected.

Have been very pleased with camera. Of course I had to call to get help getting it working properly. I"m sure someone younger than me won't have any issues with it. Camera shows outdoors perfect. Husband had no issues with installing it. So far, even with cloudy days have had great reception. Highly recommend this system.

From a software and app standpoint, this was very easy to setup and seems to work very well. My only complaint is the included mounting hardware just makes no sense. You get inch-long screws / anchors, but this doesn't take into account the camera mount is half an inch thick (see photo). If you used the included screws, they would barely enter the anchors and your camera would not be very secure. You will need longer screws as well as a hammer bit for your drill (photo included) if you are mounting this on brick or concrete like me.
