The camera works well and connecting via phone network is pretty nice and fairly quick. There is no wifi option, but it's not needed. Subscription is 19.90 a month for unlimited data so that is also nice. The bad is that the infrared is primarily center low focus, so in dark woods you can see about 10 to 15 yards at best. The quality of the photos and live stream are not so good, the deer have to be within 15 yards to not be pixelated.the detection range during the day is good and can reach fairly far, so far around 35 yards in decent coverage, night detection is limited to around 10 yards. It is nice to monitor an area but difficult to count the rack at any distance. The battery seems alright, it drains fairly quickly if there is a lot of activity. Mine dropped to 88 percent 2 days ago and is only back up to 92, so keep a portable charger handy just in case. I would purchase again because of ease of use at a good price along with the live detection.

I like this camera, I love their customer service. I have used this camera for about 10 months as a game camera in the forest. I have never run low on battery due to the solar charger, it works great. It works well day or night and have not had any problems with it being exposed to weather 24/7. I really like being able to view the live stream when I want to. The trigger settings, picture quality, and distance are good, I don't think it misses much. I did have a bear visiting regularly and used the speaker on the camera to shoo it away which was pretty cool. The bear did however break off the cell antenna and chew it up, along with the connector for the solar panel that connects to the camera. I called customer service for parts, on a Sunday afternoon no less, wanting their hours. I was surprised when Yilia answered my call. She simply requested pictures and my amazon order number, that's it, super easy. My parts are on the way priority shipping and they have offered to refund my cloud storage for any days missed viewing my hunting site. Awesome

Have had this camera for about 4 months now. Initial set up was very quick and easy. You literally buy a cellular plan and cloud space and it’s ready to go. Unfortunately my camera started acting up a week ago and would not hold a charge. I kept getting random percentage readings where it would turn off. I contacted their customer support team right on the app and had a response the same day. I usually count these things a loss but I decided to try and I’m so glad I did. Yilia sent some troubleshooting task and after decided that the camera was defective. I’ve already received order confirmation and tracking for my new camera. Their customer service is top notch and a rarity it’s today’s time. I couldn’t believe how prompt and willing they were to have this issue resolved. I will only use their product and buy from this particular company in the future. Outstanding support team and overall company. BUY IT! Customer service alone makes it the best camera I’ve ever owned.

I originally purchased this camera in March 2025 for $60, and waited until September to unbox and set it up. Setup isn’t super easy, but also not super hard, it’s a bit complicated with little explanation. I found an ‘update firmware’ option in the app, so I chose that and attempted to update the firmware. This effectively bricked the camera and it would not connect to the app ever again. Customer service has been good throughout, I contacted them and within a few messages had a new camera at my door within a few days. I set up this new camera (which is now going for $40, and recently I saw it as low as $33), and installed it in the field- intending on using the micro SD card to ultimately view the videos. While I had the free trial, I did attempt to view a few videos and finally checked the SD card only to realize that it was empty despite having videos that were appearing in the app (that maybe would download and be viewable, maybe wouldn’t). It wasn’t until the next day, when the free trial data ran out that I found out that my settings weren’t correct (again, little explanation on how to set up the camera), and now I have no way to change those settings or view any videos without spending at least another $20 on a month of data plan. It’s a decent camera for what it is, the solar charger is partially what drew me to it. Just be fully aware that it does need a data plan to connect to the app, and the trial period will run out very quickly. I’m undecided as to whether I will purchase another one for a different spot due to the need for data in order to change anything. If it would connect via Bluetooth, it would be a 5-star review in my book.
