The media could not be loaded. I don’t write reviews. I was not given an incentive to write this. When I pay for something I expect to get a product I’m happy with in return and don’t feel like that necessitates praise. But this camera and company have been SO great.. above and beyond. When your hobby is horses, you know the second you turn your back one of those animals worth more than your car is going to try and die. Sure, my horses are insured and I spare no expense in maintaining their well being. But I cannot stand there all day and ensure no one colics or makes a necklace of fencing.. because I have to work to support these idiots. I board my horses, which means I do not have back yard access to them right now. I don’t always have time for night checks. Sometimes I can’t monitor that weird leg as close as I want. Let me tell you people, this thing has saved me thousands of dollars and many hours of rest at night. I had mediocre expectations for this camera. Definitely for the solar part. It has out preformed every single one. In the winter during ice storms I open the indoor arena gate attached to their paddock so my horses have access to shelter but aren’t stuck in a stall if I can’t get out urgently. This camera his survived temps well below -20F, ice, rain, hail, horses chewing on the antenna and solar panel, poop, dirt, and literally everything else. They are kept on a property with zero internet access. The 4g is beyond worth the 20 bucks a month and it’s so simple. I can customize how sensitive the motion detector is, how zoomed in I want it, the zoom, the picture quality, photo or video mode, how long I want recordings to be, what notifications I receive, and I can add my partner so he has access to live video and recordings/photos of the horses. It has caught the beginnings of colics in real time, thrown shoes, weird limps, behavior issues, water intake, malfunctioning de-icers in winter, wounds, and everything in between. I am not kidding when I say it has taken the anxiety from horse ownership. Day or night, no matter what weather, I always have fantastic signal, I can watch it from my phone, and even talk to my horses (yell at them when they use the camera as a massager). Night mode is insanely clear. Like.. I don’t understand how this is possible! When I keep the camera in the arena or indoors without sun, I just leave the solar panel off and plug it in indefinitely. Otherwise it is outside, and the solar panel has never once not gotten enough sun to even remotely drain my battery. I can move it anywhere on the property and have service. I recently had an issue with a camera due to no fault of its own, and customer service is ALWAYS prompt, kind, and can handle it all at any time of day. My most recent support agent was Yilia, and she was AWESOME. Give this lady a raise! I’m attaching a couple videos (maybe? It’s not letting me but I’ll keep trying) and photos for reference. Please excuse my filthy money burners. Long story short… just buy the damn thing. You’ve already spent your retirement on these animals anyway.

The media could not be loaded. This has been an outstanding purchase so far. I bought multiple units to monitor wildlife and progress on our remote building project, and the setup for each camera was hands-down the simplest I’ve experienced with any trail cam. No complicated menus or frustrating connections—just intuitive steps through the app, and they were up and running in minutes. The in-app customer service has been a standout feature. Even though we haven’t had any issues, Mia proactively reached out to offer an extended warranty and choices like a free SD card or a year of cloud storage per camera. That kind of thoughtful, unsolicited support really builds trust. Functionally, these cameras have exceeded expectations for our needs. The image and video quality is sharp day and night, with reliable detection that captures everything without too many false triggers. Battery life seems strong so far, and the app makes reviewing clips effortless. I’m especially excited about compiling the video footage into a time-lapse of our build—should turn out amazing! Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for user-friendly trail cams with great support. No regrets here—5 stars!

Great product. I left this outside for 3 months with the solar panel connected. The only time I ran into a power issue was when I kelp logging in to look at the animals live. It was in the woods about two hours from my home. Cell connection was good until the end of the month. It’s seems to be a little slow at the end of the month and I would have to restart the camera. I did everything remotely, so there are a lot of good features in the app. Night vision is good and you have an option to select your trigger areas. You will need to test the trigger sensitivity levels. At low, my dog can walk right up to the camera and sniff it before it triggers. At high, a spider web floating in front of the camera can set it off. At one point my phone went off every minute becuase of a leave in the wind moving 6 feet from the camera The weather did not some to bother the camera. It was in heat, cold and rain. I did notice that under high heat or freezing cold, the batteries tend to drain a lot faster. But, I never ran into an issue where I had no power. There are only a couple of things I did not like, but they are small. One…there is no WiFi. Cellular only. And, the SIM card is bolt in, so you have no choice on the service provider. As of 01/16/2025, it’s about 18 usd a month. It has cloud service too, but I could not get the free trial to work so I never used it. There’s no way to delete video remotely. I like to delete videos after watching them because I don’t want someone coming up and read the history on the SD card, which has happened to me before. On playback, there is no option to show temperature on screen, which for whitetail deer, it’s pretty important. Over all, it did well but I don’t like paid subscriptions and not having a choice for sims. I can use the camera without a subscription which would require me to physically visit the camera to pull the SD card, which is fine for cameras that are close.
