I had a friend brag about this camera for a few years. I decided to give it a shot especially due to it being inexpensive, plus live view & video functions. I hunt and have over 12 other brand cameras on trails, feeders, bait spots, and property entrances. So I purchased 2 and put them up. Setup was simple. Pictures and videos look good. However, from the beginning I had 1 working good, and the other one was working but having video playback issues. I dealt with customer support and did all of the things they asked of me in attempt to resolve the issue. Ultimately, the camera issue could not be resolved. Once that was determined, Monica with tech supported issued a replacement camera and I received it the next day. That’s how customer service should be!

I have had the camera for over a year. First used to monitor my camper at the storage yard but now use it to monitor my cat when I am gone on trips. I use the solar charger and it works great, always keeping the battery charged. I have the cloud storage for the images so I can check the images any time. I had stopped using the camera for about a month and had charging/function issues when I restarted it. Customer service person "Deer" was a great help getting things going again. I am back up and running perfectly. Thank you!

I bought two of these cameras. I eventually returned them. But I'd buy them again if they fix the app. First off the cameras are great. They work great, take amazing quality video, they pick up animals and activity from very far away, and the photo and video quality is very impressive. To top it off, the battery never seemed to come off of 100% because of the solar panel. I loved these cameras. I love that you don't need an SD card if you pay for the cloud storage because on public land where I use this, people steal SD cards a lot. It's really a great camera. But... The app sucks. If you don't check the camera every single day and you want to scroll back a few days or weeks, you have to manually scroll back one day at a time to find old videos. Another annoying thing is if you don't plan on using the cameras outside of hunting season and you let the plan expire, it will still notify you every single day that you've run out of data and you need to recharge it. I spoke with customer service several times and there's nothing that can be done to turn this off. That brings up another point though, customer service was great. They always responded very quickly. Sometimes within 30 minutes on a weekend while I was out in the field having trouble. And you don't have to call them which is great. You just message them through the app. I did like that feature a lot. If they fix the app and some of its shortcomings, I'd buy these cameras again in a heartbeat.

Great product. I left this outside for 3 months with the solar panel connected. The only time I ran into a power issue was when I kelp logging in to look at the animals live. It was in the woods about two hours from my home. Cell connection was good until the end of the month. It’s seems to be a little slow at the end of the month and I would have to restart the camera. I did everything remotely, so there are a lot of good features in the app. Night vision is good and you have an option to select your trigger areas. You will need to test the trigger sensitivity levels. At low, my dog can walk right up to the camera and sniff it before it triggers. At high, a spider web floating in front of the camera can set it off. At one point my phone went off every minute becuase of a leave in the wind moving 6 feet from the camera The weather did not some to bother the camera. It was in heat, cold and rain. I did notice that under high heat or freezing cold, the batteries tend to drain a lot faster. But, I never ran into an issue where I had no power. There are only a couple of things I did not like, but they are small. One…there is no WiFi. Cellular only. And, the SIM card is bolt in, so you have no choice on the service provider. As of 01/16/2025, it’s about 18 usd a month. It has cloud service too, but I could not get the free trial to work so I never used it. There’s no way to delete video remotely. I like to delete videos after watching them because I don’t want someone coming up and read the history on the SD card, which has happened to me before. On playback, there is no option to show temperature on screen, which for whitetail deer, it’s pretty important. Over all, it did well but I don’t like paid subscriptions and not having a choice for sims. I can use the camera without a subscription which would require me to physically visit the camera to pull the SD card, which is fine for cameras that are close.
