Toast comes out perfect every time. There are buttons to push with icons depicting how you want the bread, bagel, English muffin, etc. to be toasted. The icons show how the toast, bagel, muffin will look like when done. There are four amble slots for different sizes of whatever you are toasting. There are two separate trays to catch the "crumbs". These are easily removed for cleaning. We are very pleased with this toaster. Oh, and it is also quite stylish looking. It is brushed silver with copper-colored levers.

It works well but feels like plastic. It’s not a very sturdy toaster but it gets the job done. I wouldn’t use it for a big family because I would be scared it would start to melt the outside.

The settings either don’t toast it enough or over due it and I have tried multiple different ways. The screen lights do not come on when trying to switch bread type so unless you have bright lights on and good vision it’s hard to see. The bagel setting only does one side so if you put the bread in wrong you just wasted a bagel. And the lever has broken and the toast will not stay down after 2 months of use. I have to sit there and hold it to toast my food.

***** Update 06162024 ****** this is a caring and great company to work with, they help me to resolve my problems with their product. they were so good with explaining and offering outstanding customer service. will buy from them again. ********** Not sure why the center heating elements are less hot than the Edge heater elements but my toast always seems to burn on the edges. i dont think that is intentional but it seems to work on other settings. agian Not bad but i did experience some toast burning and its never a pleasant smell LOL

I really wanted to like this toaster . The color was pretty and I like how it has all the different bread features to toast your bread BUT after only two weeks of using it the push down handle to toast the bread broke and when you toast bread it gets super smoky and smells like something is burning .
