Beautiful toaster and great price. I bought this because it was one of only two 2-slice, short-slot toasters i can find on amazon that hav a built-in warming rack, and i always had problems misplacing/storing the warming rack on prior toasters. The other 2-slice toaster with the warming rack feature is B09V7WX21L on Amazon, but i like this toaster better, because for the same browning at setting 4 it takes 2:15, the other toaster takes 3:00. This toaster uses 860W, the other 750W, which is why this one is faster (measured with a shelly smart socket). The time/countdown display is nice, but it is irritating that it has only 7 settings. The dial clicks to many more than 7 settings, but all result in one out of the 7 setting times. My 23 year old non-digital toaster just had an analog slider that resulted in analog selection of time, so it could be tuned finer. And with these digital toasters you'd imagine that you could tune the time in the display with the dial instead of one out of 7 settings. The mayor concern have, which is why i'll likely return it is that if you only toast one bread, then the side to the center of the toaster will come out much darker than the other. This is also the same on the other toaster i tried, so i think it is a generic problem of 2 slice short-slot toasters - if there is no toast in the second slot to absorb that slots heat, then the heat from the slot seems to leak into the other slot. I will probably go for a long-slot 2-slice toaster to avoid this construction problem, even though i am still not sure where i can fit it, because that will of course be larger.
