UPDATE - Seedeem customer service contacted me regarding my problem and determined that there was something wrong with the toaster I had and they sent me a new one. This one is working great and I am very happy with both the toaster and the seller. It is a great company and I would purchase from them again. I have had this toaster for a while now and I am frustrated because it does not toast on both sides. Before purchasing this, I read countless reviews trying to find the best toaster for the price. I chose this one. It looks nice and I like the fact that you can set the time you want for the amount of doneness you want. I do not like that it doesn't toast bread the same on both sides. take a few slices of bread to figure out the heat settings on this are more than our old one. It works well and the timer is a fancy option if you want to look at it lol. It does bread and bagels well, but start low timer and work your way up or else it will be burnt. Also it has a cancel button on it, push that and it will pop up... don't pull up on the lever. ... show more

My Krups toaster got to where it was too uneven in toasting anything after 30 years. Came upon this beauty and read the reviews and threw the dice. BINGO!!!! Great toaster!! Very even toasting both sides, also has muffin/bagel setting to just brown 1 side. Love the LED timer that indicates how long it will be till your product is dome. Allows you to get other things ready when completing breakfast. At 1800 watts is a rapid toaster. Now, if it lasts like my last I'll give it a #10!! ... show more

my first review was Broken on Arrival. The vendor got back to me so quickly with an apology. I felt compelled to reorder and I'm glad I did. The toaster has a cool look due the finish and this time it WORKED! Once plugged in, I followed the initial use directions. There was very little smoke and smell. I then toasted bread using 2 separate toast settings to see what my preference was. The bread toasted to perfection on each of the settings 4 & 5. UPDATE: SEEDEEM customer service reached out to me to resolve the issue. They were very understanding and offered a replacement/refund for the toaster. They took my feedback and forwarded it to their engineering department. I'm sad that half the toaster stopped working, but I am very happy that the company went out of its way to resolve the issue with me. OLDER REVIEW: This was a great 4-slice toaster... until it wasn't. One entire side has now stopped working. It no longer clicks into place or starts the digital screen, so the heating mechanism doesn't turn on. I really liked the countdown feature, and the color guide for the toast is easy for the kids to use. But now it's just a fancy 2-slice toaster, and I'm concerned about when that side will break, too. :/ I purchased this on July 12, 2023, so it's been just over 6 months. ... show more
