Great product overall but only issue is phones have to be placed perfectly on the charger for it to wirelessly charge. I have an iPhone 10 and wife has a 13 model. We’ve placed phones down and it says it’s charging only to find it stopped charging after a few seconds, likely because phone wasn’t perfectly centered over the charging circles. The power cord is not standard USB but a male plug-in. An extension would allow better placement as the current cord limits distance from outlet.

Was very pleased with this charger for the first 8-months, but then one of the pads ceased working, which was fine since I really only needed one. The other pad lasted about 7 more months before it stopped working as well.

Very nice and convenient. Sometimes the phone won’t charge if it is not placed correctly on the charger. Has to be perfectly level if the phone has no case and will slide off the sweet spot for charging. I’ve been using the charging pad for about a month.. light illuminates, charging symbol engages.. WAKE UP PHONE IS DEAD. This has happened 4 times now. I would choose a product that is more precise at charging.

Even though we have repeatedly verified that both phones were charging, we would always wake up to one charged phone and one dead phone. It absolutely will not charge 2 phones at the same time.
