I really liked how this wallet looked compared to the other wallets out there, its small but still useable, the battery life is amazing. The touch LCD is bright and readable / useable. The number pad to enter the pass keys is randomized each time so make sure to hit the right numbers when entering your code. Good feature but caught me off guard lol. I decided I had waited long enough to get into crypto, and this was my choice for cold storage. I assumed this would be easier to operate with the larger touch screen and Bluetooth functionality. And I was right! I'm not exactly a tech wiz and this was surprisingly easy to get set up and load up with just my galaxy s20. Now this isn't an all in one kit for crypto. You still need to use a VPN and other good security practices, but I know this is an awesome wallet for anyone getting started in crypto! cons: Battery life isn't stellar (but that isn't really a big deal for my use) And the construction isn't the most robust thing I've seen (I wouldn't trust it loose in a bag or rough riding in a pocket) ... show more

Ok, I have used other hardware wallets, but I wanted one that had more options like blue tooth and a better user Interface. This one does that. The user interface is easy to and the big touch screen is easy to read. I have the Ledger Nano S and I'm 61 so it's a little hard to read the one line menu item. Also, I found that after loading up four different cryptos on the Nano S I couldn't load any more crypto accounts. I had other cryptos, but they would not fit. Maybe the Nano X is better, but I thought I might as well try the SecuX. I also have the Trevor or Trezor, but this one was by far the easiest to use and setup. I transferred all my currencies easily from the Nano to the SecuX. Down the road for doing purchases, this can use the Bluetooth for that as well. It has both Bluetooth and USB for setup and I have used both successfully with no trouble. Now, It does support all ERC tokens and about 8 others, but all the main currencies are there. There are a couple I would like to put on there, but they are not supported yet. Now that said, the support team is GREAT. They email you back right away with a response to questions AND they are working to add tokens that I suggested. So far of the three types I have tried, this one is by far the best. It is not the round one, but the square one that is just a hair older. I love it though and it does what I need it to. By next year tens of thousands of stores will accept Crypto, I would get started. Not that hard really, but have to pay attention to what you are doing. Lastly, the device comes in a small bag to protect it and seem built tough enough for daily use. Enjoy! ... show more

    • Get ready to be frustrated!!

I seldom come across a tech device that I have an issue with. This is one product that I do have issue with. The cold wallet itself appears to be one of quality materials and construction. That is the only good thing I can say about it. The instructions are incomplete. If you are looking for a device with instructions that walk you through the process of connecting with a crypto exchange in simple fashion then I would advise you to look elsewhere. This is not it! Unless of course you enjoy being frustrated to no end with something that is more complicated than it should be. I followed the instructions to the letter but still had issues. No problem...just go to their support page and get it worked out and all will be fine and all of the frustration will be forgotten. Not so easy. The customer service page only provides info that is in the operating guide that comes with the device. That info did nothing to get me linked with the crypto exchange. Next step: call customer support. Umm....they do not have phone support. Hmmm. Ok, the only alternative is email support. I went through the motions and stated my issues at length and provided my telephone number in case they preferred to call me. That was not happening. I did however receive a reply to my email from James. He was apologetic that there was no phone support and I'm sure he was convinced that he solved all of my issues by laying out the steps to link the device to the crypto exchange. Except he simply sent me an abbreviated version of what was in the operator guide! I was like....REALLY!! With no help from SecuX I was able over time, with LOTS OF FRUSTRATION, to link the 2 devices together to allow my transactions to occur. I bought 2 of these devices and am now going to send one of them back. And as soon as the wallet that I ordered from another manufacturer (a reputable manufacturer) is in my hands and online I intend to debrief this unit by utilization of a 4 step process as follows: 1.) Remove All Data 2.) Place Unit on my concrete driveway 3.) Crush repeatedly with a 10lb. Maul !!! 4.) Place in my garbage bin Would I recommend this product: I think you already know the answer to that. P.S. I take no pride in bashing any product and very rarely do I do so. Even if the product is so so. The sad thing here is that they have probably created a good product but unfortunately the software and drivers are inferior in that they do not operate as they should. And on another note....there is also ample frustration when you are trying to send and receive with this device. It is another frustrating experience attempting to get the address copied easily.....but hopefully I have directed you elsewhere and you will not have to deal with that like I did. I hope also that this manufacturer gets their act together with their software as well as their customer support. If that ever happens they will have a marketable product. ... show more

Been using the device for about two weeks now and will say that overall it’s a pretty easy to use device to keep your crypto safe in a hardware wallet. I have only transferred DOGE to test but once I watched a quick tutorial on how to send and receive my crypto to the device it was easy. (Keep in mind when I transfer crypto there may be network fees for the transfer .. not a SecuX fee). The app on iPhone is easy to use and easy to access the device via Bluetooth or very easy with the direct to pc USB interface. Screen size is good and easy to navigate on the device too. Right now it supports a pretty wide range of crypto make sure to check the list and seems like they can add more supported crypto in the future. I did watch a video about possible security concerns to easily override what the screen says to freak someone out in a phishing scam possibility ..but I think that is very minimal and not likely to happen just use common sense with any product or device that connects to the internet. It’s very lightweight, pretty small from what you see In the photo but ultimately a great way to keep your money secure. ... show more
