One of the main reasons to purchase this 4-camera kit was the solar panel-attached feature. It was very hard to replace the recharged batteries in my old camera systems. The installation was so easy. The display quality was superb, which I had never expected. The motion tracking feature was amazing, too. I actually doubted the rotating camera head, but it followed objects even in the night. California is rainy season in December, but the solar panel charged the camera even on a cloudy day. One issue was found, which was that one of the cameras didn't support solar charging. I reported the issue to the supplier through the Amazon feedback system. The customer service team of Ansque replied back in the evening of same day with few questions to diagnosys the symptom. The solar panel interconnect issue was found and a replacement camera was shipped the next day. The replacement camera was dlivered in 3 days and worked well as others. The media could not be loaded. I’m really impressed with the ANSQUE camera system. The image quality is very clear and sharp, both during the day and at night, which makes it easy to see details. Installation was straightforward and didn’t take much time, and the app is very user-friendly. I like how simple it is to check the cameras remotely and adjust the settings. One of the best features is the activity notifications — I get alerts right away whenever there’s movement, which gives me extra peace of mind. The two ptz cameras worked exactly as advertised! The wireless cameras replace the old wired cameras that were slow and did not provide a good picture. These cameras are HD and deliver crisp image detail with smooth control of the remotely controlled ptz function. You are able to also select the 360 function in the app so that the camera knows exactly where it can rotate and maps the view. You then just simply tap on the picture and the camera snaps to that part of the image and focuses on it! Battery life is very good and that's in freezing weather. I charged it once fully and have not had to charge it again. I had the free extra solar panel shipped to me but don't think I will need it as I was concerned with a shaded corner of the house next to a hill. The cameras are very simple to install and come with all the hardware you need. The entire package from the box it came in to the cameras themselves are very good quality and made very well! I am also impressed with the wireless range of these cameras as I thought that would be an issue with my aluminum sided house but it was not and have had the cameras over 75 feet from the camera hub they communicate with and it worked just fine. I love the multicam feature as well as it with one click lets you view all cameras LIVE so you know what going on around you immediately! Customer support is excellent and has it built into the app and they have already reached out to me to see If I got the system and later the free supplemental solar panel, that I didn't have to use. I am VERY satisfied with my purchase and encourage all those who have run wires around your house and know how hard it it getting it installed to just get mediocre performance to not hesitate but buy these wireless cameras! I’ve honestly had a great experience with these cameras. During a move, I lost 4 of the mounting pieces that attach the cameras to the wall, so I reached out to their support through the app. After only a few messages, they sent replacements to my house and even extended my warranty by 6 months. The support team was super nice, quick to respond, and made the whole thing really easy. The cameras themselves work really well. The solar charging is legit after the first charge, the sun has kept them fully charged with no problems, even in the Chicago area. Video quality is clear, motion detection and auto-tracking work great, and the cameras move smoothly. The app is simple to use, I’ve had no issues with it, and there’s no subscription that is required but you could get one for cloud storage and some other things not sure but it’s really good. I give it 4 stars only because I don't like giving 5 stars for anything because to me that is saying something is perfect and nothing is perfect. I have had mine in use about 2 months. Overall I am very pleased with these cameras. The customer support has been very good which is worth a lot. I had an issue with one of the cameras right off and they sent me a new one with absolutely no hassles. They respond to text chat in very timely manner usually by email. The cameras do a good job following the person. I have noticed if you are moving pretty fast they sometimes will not keep up. I really like how the app navigates. It is very user friendly easy to navigate quickly to each camera and the stored videos easily. I can zoom when in live mode with 2 finger touch and then spread apart. I can manipulate the camera up and down or sideways wherever I like as well while doing live mode. The clarity is very good especially at daytime but nighttime is plenty good as well. These are the first security cameras I have ever owned so I can't do a comparison but I would buy these again and would recommend them. I have two cameras that are not getting enough sunlight to charge but they do offer remote solar panels. You just have to be aware of the amount of sunlight where you want to mount the camera. The solar panels on the cameras are fixed and cannot be moved off the camera. The main complaint I have is I cannot add more than the 4 cameras that it came with. I wanted to add another camera or two but the system simply does not support anymore cameras. Other than that, I have been completely satisfied. Between the good customer support and the performance of the cameras I definitely give these a hearty thumbs up. ... show more
