    • Difficult to install.
My old galvanized steel pipes rusted out and I replaced the lines with PEX. I used adaptors to connect to this valve. I went cheapo, and it was hard to install. It works fine now that I have it in, but I'm concerned about the long-time reliability, as the internal parts are cheap.
