I had written a really thorough cool review but I was told it didn’t meet community guidelines, and after reading the guidelines I have no idea why. Anyway, here are the important things: - Great quality, the fabric is breathable and my dogs seem completely unbothered by it despite the super warm Southern CA weather. - Super strong Velcro, 2 hyperactive 6 month-old puppies haven’t been able to take it off, and in fact, I think it’s comfortable because I haven’t even seen them try. - No mess with peeing and pooping. I washed the suits today just because they had worn them for 3 days but didn’t smell bad nor had any stains. Regular washer and dryer didn’t ruin them. - Good protection of the surgical incision: even though they rub/scratch the area where the stitches are, the stitches and the incision are in perfect condition. - I had my doubts about ordering this product given the price difference with other brands (this one seemed too cheap in comparison), but I can’t find a single thing I’m not satisfied with. Well, probably the colors, didn’t love those, but leaving fashions aside, they’re perfect. - Regarding size: do measure your pet and don’t go just by weight. Both my dogs would’ve required the same size based on weight but one was small and the other medium when going by measurements. I’m glad I measured because they fit perfectly and the same size wouldn’t have fit both. - Soooo much better than the cone! They can play and do everything they did before the surgery with these. When they had the cone they wouldn’t stop whimpering. Today I put back the cone while washing the suits and they were both sad and whimpering again, all fixed when the suits were back on and the cones gone. - Easy to put on and take off, or even just take a peek at the wound without taking them off completely.

Purchased this for my dog’s recovery after her spay surgery. I wanted to have another option once I took her donut off and this provided the protection needed to keep her from licking, and trying to rip out her stitches. The fit was perfect and the quality great. The material is stretchy, and provided the comfort I needed for my dog while recovering. It is machine washable and is very durable. I love that it has Velcro and was easy to undo for potty breaks.

The suits arrived on time and worked great for my sweet girl after her abdominal surgery. I like the material because it is soft and thicker than other suits I have bought in the past and provides more protection. I really like the how the suit is designed. It allows female pups to potty without taking the suit off. Very convenient. There is a cut-out area for male dogs, it looks like it would work well too.

Great for my medium sized frenchie during her spay recovery (22lbs). loose enough to be comfy and not limiting (she can be picky about certain fitted clothing) but stays on well / is adjustable. the partial, open back helps a lot too with comfort and moving around (she moves around great in it!) it covers the incision area. it’s easy to fold up for bathroom breaks. velcro is strong and the suit overall seems to be holding up really well. very pleased!

This a lightweight, comfy recovery suit. It washes well and dries quickly. I purchased two sizes to make sure I had the right fit. I have a mini golden doodle. She is long and skinny. The large was not quite long enough and XL is a little loose but works really great. I didn’t return the smaller of the two because it looked so cute on the stuffed animal. This is perfect and at a very reasonable price.

The Best surgical suit out there. I have sent back three other suits all cost more money than these. This suit is superior due to the excellent cotton fabric that is ribbed so a great fit, soft, and doesn't cause heat and moisture on the incision like the others I order. which were mostly polyester blends. I sent the others back because of being ill fitting or cheap fabric. This suit is very comfy and I can tell it has plenty of stretch around the neck and leg hole. My dog has not chewed or pulled on it. The velcro straps are great and they make the length of the suit adjustable for comfort and to deny licking access to the wound. I bought two of them for my dogs spay. I have thrown them in the washer to clean. They work like a nice dry bandage for the wound. After my girl is healed from her surgery I am going to alter them taking off the straps to use as a tee shirt for her. This suit has also had a calming effect on her. She can walk around freely and it is not restricted. She is 11.5 pounds and I bought a size medium. Took a lot of pressure off as I did not need a cone and I did not need to worry if I took my eyes off her for a second.......

I have a tiny 5 lb female Shih Tzu. This and the purple striped suit I ordered for her perfectly. Stays on securely, clearance for bathroom, and she's not able to access the incision on her stomach. Much better fit than the options are vet's office had for a fraction of the price. She seems comfortable and has not tried to fight to get out of it.
