I wanted to have another option once I took her donut off and this provided the protection needed to keep her from licking, and trying to rip out her stitches. I buy this suit for my 6 months old French bulldog puppy. I ordered the size medium since she is around 20 pounds. She just got spayed yesterday. It fit her perfectly. It's light and thin and comfortable. She don't get hot in it. Bonus about this suit, it made her look so adorable.

I like the material because it is soft and thicker than other suits I have bought in the past and provides more protection. I really like the how the suit is designed. So these things are small. Read the description. Measure your dogs bark length from shoulder to rump. I have a wirehaired pointing Griffon. 21” tall at shoulder. 43 lbs. 19-20” long shoulder to rear. She is slim 18months. Used for spayed. Fit perfectly tight enough. I ordered the XL. Do not assume. Measure your dog and maybe size up if anything. It has been working very well. She doesn’t go after the stomach incision at all.

What a wonderful Surgical suit. I purchase a Large for my Pomsky due she was going to be spayed. I washed in cold water first, put in dryer for a few minutes and let it hang dry. I was nervous was not sure it would fit her after I washed it but it was perfect. She he was 19" long and the suit was 19.3", she is skinny but long and weighs 24 lbs. I washed it a second time after one week of her wearing it. Still looks great and is holding up very well. This also stretches some and you can also adjust by the velour straps. She looked so cute in the suit. She seemed to like it, never tried to take off. She told me it was comfy LOL. When I took her out to potty, I just pulled the suit up and and use the velour straps to hold in place. Very easy to use. No need to take off. I would highly recommend this surgical suit. Cannot beat the price, plus there was a discount on it.

I ordered a different one and it had no stretch at all. This one is very soft, stretchy but not too, and the purple is so cute. I got the small, my dog weighs 8lbs. It is slightly big, but works well and if it shrinks a bit when I wash it, it will be perfect. So much better than a cone or donut!

The suit is holding up very well after a few days. I needed this suit because I knew my dog would hate an E collar after her spay surgery. This suit really helps so that she can’t reach the incision on her belly. The Velcro ends are pretty secure and the fit was actually perfect thanks to the size chart . The material is breathable on the thinner side, but love that it’s mostly cotton with some spandex for flexibility (but not too much that it loses shape). I caught our dog trying to chew on it the first day so that’s the only reason there’s a small tear. Our pitbull mix is 28 pounds, went with a size Large. she’s seems very comfortable with it on.
