I bought this for my Staples Dexley (an Aeron clone) because I have worries about the seat mesh failing in the future. I can already feel the pressure points developing and I needed a seat cushion to redistribute the pressure points. For $60 it's definitely overpriced for the quality. It does not feel premium at all. I purposely bought a thinner cushion since the thicker ones felt off on this chair. Thought the latex would bring a more cushioning feel but I don't feel a difference. That's ok because I wasn't buying it for comfort but it would have been nice. One good thing is that this cushion does not slip at all. This one has really good grip. Feels kind of expensive for what the product actually is. The foam looks different from what I had imagined based off the product images. I do understand the material has to be thin enough for the pillow not to interfere with the ergonomics of the chair while also being thick enough to perform its function. I think this product does work and adds to the comfort of the mesh on the chair without effecting the overall feel and responsiveness of the seat. Although its anticipated lifespan is questionable given how light and floppy it feels. It does work but this product could definitely be $20 dollars cheaper given how it has a budget feel and finish. ... show more

The straps that it came with were almost useless, but I put several strips of industrial velcro on the bottom of the cushion and on my chair, and now it stays in place perfectly.

First looking at the holes in the listing it doesn't look anything like that. I've taken a picture of the inside for reference. I'm not seeing a honeycomb structure, more like just a lot of holes in it. The cushion cover, and the material doesn't feel very good as far as the build quality goes. It doesn't really impact the ergonomics of the chair much, but that seems to be more because of how thin it is. It's not very supportive, and sitting on the bare mesh of my aeron actually feels significantly better than the cushion. It does fit pretty well, if the cover were better I could see putting something else inside thicker and using that, but the cover feels quite cheap. It does however not slip a lot, and installation is pretty much look at it, put it on the chair. Overall I think this cushion is a poor value. ... show more
