I love the color,it moves slower than the SHARK,the pads turn much slower,the SHARK thick green pads will not fit this machine.I can't find any thick soft pads on amazon for this machine.I cant figure out where to put end of cord end when i winding it up.Theres a slot on one of the hooks but the cord length don't match the slot when winding it up????It comes with little pitcher for filling,its heavy made nice,but very slow.I will go back to SHARK next time.Thin pads come with it.I just dont like it as much as i did my SHARK.Bright LED lights.Even on hi speed its to slow,way to slow,disappointed. So im gonna say that i was offered a refund for this steam mop,and after using this mop more now and getting use to the speed of it,i like it,i think it cleans very well,it is slower than SHARK,but maybe slower is better!!:)So i was critical to fast i think,so i want to give 5 stars for the product,it is built well,it cleans very well.I wish i could find some different heads,and figure out cord how to put plug where it goes when winding it up.All in all a wonderful product,as good as SHARK just slower,but it doesn't change in performance.So i give product 5 STARS.Thanks to ANGTRA for the credit but there is no need,this is a GREAT product.God Bless You,JWS. ... show more

Effective Steam Mop

I have been using this scrubbing steam mop for regular floor cleaning, and it has made the process much easier. The rotating mop pads do a good job loosening dirt and light stains without requiring a lot of effort from me. I like the combination of steam and spinning action because it helps clean deeper than a regular mop. The LED headlights are surprisingly useful since they highlight dust and spots that are easy to miss, especially along edges and under furniture. The swivel steering also makes it simple to move around table legs and tight spaces. The included soft scrub pads are easy to attach and wash after use. This works very well. I have a regular steam mop but I got this one because of the rotating heads. I have a new floor and it has some texture to it so the rotating pads did amazing job.

I’ve been using this for a few days now and honestly I’m pretty disappointed. It looks nice in the pictures, but in real use it doesn’t perform well. The steam is inconsistent and it doesn’t clean tough spots the way I expected. Also, the build quality feels a bit cheap for something that costs this much.
