First of all, it looks very well built, looking like a normal flashlight and most importantly, it works. I bought it in case I ever needed a jump, but I really didn't know how to test it, until I really needed it. And thank Lord it did work, because my 13 year old car just wouldn't start after I got gas at a gas station. And I didn't even have to read instructions, it was intuitive enough. I have two versions of the Halo Bolts - one with Air pump - they are great ... However, recently my friend rescued me and jump started my dead battery with this! SO easy and having the big flashlight made all the difference in the dark parking lot at 10 p.m. So I bought one! Nice case too. Didn't have my Halos in car (dumb a** move) as I was having it detailed. Have AAA but it was going to be at least an hour wait or a quick local truck wanted $75. - yeah, no! This was like $25 cheaper than that. Friend said one charge will jump battery several times. Easy to charge via a USB cable! Ladies - I would recommend getting one & you can charge other things too! Be safe ... you can do this yourself - fast and easy. These days there are still kind strangers that want to help but ...

Open box, charge, won’t turn on. The switch that turns on and cycles through the various illuminations isn’t even there. Doesn’t make a click sound like other products. It’s just garbage.
