The magnet is strong, it holds the phone on. Having the extended arm bounces the phone when going over bumps. The balls are hard plastic and it is hard to get the knobs tight enough to where it will not bounce. I think if the balls we’re hard rubber it would tighten better.

Works fine and is heavy duty. Not sure why their isn't any mounting hardware for the AMPS base if this is a specialty mount for that pattern.
