Excellent scooter and super convenient. It's a great size for my mom and easy to transport because of the ability to just collapse it by pulling up right in the center of the scooter. Sturdy and fits perfectly in the trunk. And it has 2 batteries...one in use and the other on reserve in case you run out of the first one. Long battery life. Have flown with it and no problems at the gate. She also has a Pride Mobility, another great scooter, but the Scootngo is hust so lightweight, comfortable and convenient in comparison. The size can be challenging for someone over 200 lbs. Can't say enough positive things about this scooter!

This is a great little scooter, quiet, smooth riding, very manueverable around the house or in the yard. We have two and plan to take them to events that we ordinarily could not attend because of the walking. Just fold and go. Will be ordering a lift to assist in getting them into the SUV in the folded form. Hubby rides his all around the house because of med-related dizziness. Can't hear him coming until he gets on the hardwood floor and the wheels are slightly audible. The little trailer is a nice addition when shopping, might even go to the mall again, haven't done that in years because of the walking issue. Should have done this a long time ago.

Very pleased with this product! Came completely assembled except for seat pads which was just velcro-ed on. Took about an hour for 1st initial charge. Was able to handle an uphill out our driveway and seems to be holding the charge well. Easy to drive. It is also light enough to lift into the back of a vehicle and easily folds up to do so. The wagon is a little small but attaches easily and very handy to carry a few things...groceries even. Great product for the price so far.

Love this thing. Bought for dad and liked it so much I got one as I’m struggle walking. The wagon is a small but great addition. The unit is a little small. I’m 5’7 dad 5’9 and we both fit. Legs are a little long but I wouldn’t say it’s a problem. The smaller unit does allow for moving about more easily. I really do like it and how compact it is. Ease of use of scooter

There was no assembly required. Scooter was easy to fold and unfold. It was easy to put in trunk of my suv. Scooter handles well and rides smooth. The only thing I did not like was the arm rest they looked and felt cheap considering the price, and the horn should be louder. Overall really liked scooter.

For $1200 the scooter is made very cheap. wires are exposed underneath, batteries just fall out, seat does not stay on. the whole thing is geld together with velcro. then they say i have to pay shipping to return. i am very disappointed

Handy little scooter!

We are loving this scooter. Very easy for me (wifey) to lift into the back of the Jeep. Have found we prefer using the scooter to relying on airport personnel to get around. We have more freedom to make stops between terminals. Was easy to maneuver through airport even with wagon down. Was nice to not have to carry hubby’s medical essentials bag and my stuff. Love how the wagon tow design lifts the front two wheels off the ground—when he turns or backs up no worry about wagon jackknifing. When in tight spaces, like security line, easy to fold away the wagon tight against the back seat w/o having to unhook. Also used at a wrestling tournament. Small enough to maneuver around crowds without being a big inconvenience for others. He has a larger scooter that we were using. Had to drive it ilonto a ramp on the back of the Jeep, strap down, & worry about weather. This is far easier.
