I thought my hoverboarding days were over when my previous one died of old age many years ago, so I was excited to give this one a try and get back into it. It's a bit smaller than the one I had in 2016, but certainly rideable even for an adult. My sister's children have a lot of fun on it. So far it has only been used on the sidewalk in tile floors inside, so we haven't had any worries with the battery durability. With the Bluetooth speaker and lights, it seems like a good value That's fun for kids.

I am revising this review to say that the seller refunded my purchase very quickly. This is not a terrible hoverboard for kids, but I would not recommend it for adults. And the one delivered to me did not have app functionality or bluetooth capabilities. ---------------- I chose this hoverboard over all the other ones in the same price range for a few reasons One reason, was that this is clearly designated for kids AND adults, as it claims to support weight up to 300 pounds!!! Let’s just say, I am not even 200 pounds, and the hoverboard stutters to move when on carpet. I have ridden many hoverboards in the past, and I know this was not normal. It does better on hardwood or cement, but even then, I would feel it hesitate/stutter like the motor was about to give out and drop me (after a full charge). Another feature I liked was that it claimed to have a Bluetooth speaker and app control to select different speeds. None of these were available for this hoverboard! The instructions didn’t even mention either one of those features… One thing that was unexpected was the overall width of the hoverboard. This is the most narrow hoverboard I have ever seen in person. Having a narrow stance decreases balance and safety overall, especially for kids or beginners. Also, every single picture has the wheels lighting up. That is not the case. The sides are just black with a logo in the middle. I would avoid this hoverboard if possible. It does not function as advertised. I would return it, but my kids already ripped the box up, so I figured I would at least leave this review to help others avoid the hassle of figuring out how terrible this is on their own.

Got this for my daughter who used to have one of these, and loved it. It got lost when we moved, so decided to give her this one. We have very little flat surfaces for riding around here, so it travels with her when going out and about, and it gets used regularly. The speaker in it is certainly something she enjoys, and is probably part of the reason it gets used. Amusing.
