I bought this chair for my daughter since she was complaining her old chair. The delivery was really fast. It was pretty easy to put it together and I spent about 10 minutes, following the instruction book. It is a good buy since I can feel the material is high-quality stuff. It feels very comfortable, sturdy, and safe when I sit on it. Especially, I love the back part and I can really feel the support from the chair. I've been eyeing this chair and a couple others, this one just went on sale for Black Friday so I had to get and what a deal. The mesh is better than typical fabric or leather, it's nice I can lock the seat from leaning back but I can also unlock if I just need to rest for a moment. I also like the arm rest turn in and out. The box is not big and bulky so easy to transport, my husband assembled for me and he said it was very easy to put together and had it ready in about 15-20 mins! ... show more

The seat is WAY too hard. And this back which is supposed to be ergonomic is in no way shaped like my spine! It protrudes so much and angles out, it’s like having a basketball jammed in your back! It hursts like you know what. And since it took an hour to assemble, I’m just going to have to give it away. Terrible, and painful! After getting this, anything with the word ergonomic scares me.
