Have had these for two months and so far they have delivered impeccably. I still don’t allow anyone to use anything metal so we can keep the nonstick for a long time.     • Very nice pans if you can get past the cost.
The pots and pans are very heavy which suggests they are a good heat sink and have good temperature stability. The non-stick surface is so good the pans practically rinse clean with hot water. We have yet to have anything stick while cooking. Too soon to rate durability, but these pans appear to be of very high quality. As to value for the money, that will probably only be determined if the non-stick surface holds up longer than most other pans as advertised. ... show more

This is overpriced junk. I spent almost $1500 for 15 pieces over 2 years ago. They are totally breaking down and black particals are appearing in my food. I have called customer service several times and get no response. Save your money and buy cheap department store brands like T-fal or Calphalon.

Simply, the product is meeting all expectations for cooking, heat distribution and non-stick for food and cooking fats. The stainless steel exterior is easy to keep clean and shinny but you do need to stay on it. We hang a couple of our pans in view and so we keep them clean by simply using Bar Keepers Friend and Comment. We have no complaints, are very satisfied, and would purchase again. ... show more

    • Very disappointing! Don't spend the money.
I decided to pay the high price for these pans because I assumed they would last longer than any of the others I've owned. Unfortunately this is not the case. The so called Stratanium non stick finish has deteriorated dramatically. We cook almost every night of the week so our pots and pans do get continued use. We only use wooden or non metal utensils on our non stick pots and pans although Scanpan says you can use steel utensils on these pans we decided not to. We do not put them in the dishwasher either. One of the frying pans is almost useless. I must purchase a new one to replace it but it won't be Scanpan. I will admit all of the other features perform very well. They clean easily, they heat up quickly on our induction cook-top and they seer meats perfectly. Eggs are fried as they should be. I will attempt to get a warranty repair or replacement but I'm not optimistic. ... show more

Have had this set for a little over a year. Out of the box, these are great looking pans, nice weight(larger fry pan is heavy). We have a gas stove and they discolored pretty quick but still look good and cook even better. We’ve washed these by hand 100% but the more heavily used pan is losing its non stick which is disappointing st this price point. Is that covered by warranty?? ... show more

Beauty looking cookware, seems to be much more durable than our last nonstick set. Time will tell how it holds up. Only had it a few weeks, but so far it’s great.
