It works as best as you could expect it to work. Only issue I have is have to be careful of how steam outlet hoses are routed to keep away from feet or legs. Also find something to place on heater lids as after running a while the lids do get pushed up from the water getting so hot and causing pressure in the chamber. I also wish it was slightly larger but overall works very well and worth the cost

The instructions for assembling the steam sauna are poor. Here are more instructions: 1. Connecting the poles is easy, follow diagram. 2. Placing the cover over the frame is a bit tricky, I had to restart several times. Make sure to unzipper in full first. Keep in mind that the two windows will end up on the top and on the front of unit. 3. Once cover is in place, the zipper is hard to get around the corners, you will need to wiggle and work the zipper for a while. 4. There are no instructions at all on the heating unit. 5. The key to the whole operation of the steam system is that the lid needs to be locked in place by pushing it down and turning it. When I first sat inside it was nice, it was warm but it wasn't hot enough and my only thought was that this was a waste of money. Then I noticed steam escaping from the heating unit. That is when I pushed the lid down and turned it to lock it into place. Within 30 seconds I was in a real steam room. I couldn't be happier with this item.

Bought in June 24..questions up to and until purchase quick response. Product shipped quickly was easy to put together..liked it a LOT! No clear way to register for warranty on site so emailed..after 2 failed attempts finally was contacted back and told no real registration process just show proof of purchase and thats all . About a month ago began having problems with one steamer..again emailed and waited and waited....after several more emails made a comment on a Facebook post and suddenly my problem was recognizes and a half hearted email was sent assuring a replacement..nope. emailed again on 10/1 and Garrett Munro (owner) responded apologizing again and stating he was sending two replacement steamers and I should recieve them in a day or two..still nothing..have emailed again no response..long story short have a luke warm tent taking up space in my garage with a company/ owner who wants nothing to do with resolving my problem 3months after purchase...not slamming the product it can and should be an easy fix. But nobody should have to put up with this lack of concern..save your dollars towards a real sauna or steam room as is my direction going forward..

The lunch box material was nicely sewn. Went together easily. Put in a bench and it works nicely. 115 degrees and steamy. All pro's Cons the steamer bucket is total junk.. It steams nice but the lid socks. I had to MacGyver the lid shut inorder together temp and steam up. Come on man!!! Make the lids work... how many generations of steam saunas do chinese manufactures have to go thru to make it shut tight and easy.... People who complain about power. You have two streamers.... use two circuit breakers that can handle 20 amps... that solves some issues. Have used it hand full of times. I know that eventually it will fails. I'll update when.

I really wanted a sauna after my wife and I spent a weekend at a Nordic spa, but I didn't want to buy something super expensive if we didn't use it very much so I decided to get a portable sauna. I also wanted one that was big enough to be comfortable in because I'm a pretty big guy. This one was one of the only ones that says would seat three people. Now while technically you could put three in it. You would be pretty tight. But my wife and I sit in it pretty comfortably together and still have room. I also put a zero gravity chair in it and I can lay out almost horizontal and I'm 6 ft 3 and 250lbs. It was very easy to put together and both steamers get it pretty hot in there. My wife and I set a 20 minute timer and that is more than enough. It's very relaxing and you feel great when you get out. The seller was very responsive with an issue I had and took care of me with no issues. A plus plus on customer satisfaction. Highly recommend. Would buy from them again. I have recommended this to multiple friends and my adult children.

The instructions are far too basic. Putting the sauna cover on was far more challenging than it needed to be. How hard is it to include more clear instructions? It’s two 800w steamers, not two 1600w. A bit misleading. Inside the tent there’s two velcro straps to hold where the steam comes out. Not sure why these are even there. With those in use, it just didn’t get hot or steamy inside the tent. As soon as I let them lay on the ground, it worked SO much better. The instructions say they work better on the ground sometimes, but once again. Very lackluster instructions. Not sure I’d recommend. Just OK.

This sauna is well worth the money if you’re on a budget or you’re not sure if you want sauna and you want to try one out. I use Almost 2 to 3 times a week Then I go right into my ice bath. Today the temperature inside it was 112° The only design flaw that I don’t like is the steamers come in to the front where your feet will sit and I wish the holes for the steamers came in the back where the chairs are and then they wouldn’t be by your feet do not touch them they will burn the heck out of you. They are super hot. I either burned my feet or hands every time. I’m in here other than that after I got a temperature and put it on the sidewall. I love this thing. It’s super easy to clean too.
