This is the perfect addition to our in home gym. The instructions were easy to follow and this was easy to put together. It works great. Allow about 10 minutes for the machine to preheat before you’ll notice it’s on. It gets nice and toasty. It has multiple levels depending on the person which is awesome. It will shut off automatically at the end of the timer & still feels great in there. The tent holds the heat very well. There is a pocket on the inside and outside and it also came with a remote. I’d recommend placing the remote in the outside pocket as the tent does get alot of moisture. All in all this is a great buy! My husband and I are very happy with this purchase.

It is useful for my body pains and to makes me relaxed before going to sleep. Much safer than going to public sauna places because it is clean. It was fast to install in my bathroom and easy to pack as well. A very good addition for winter to make body feel good and open the pores.

I have always wanted a sauna but I have limited space where I live. I thought it wasn’t feasible till I found this one. It was an easy setup, took me about 15 minutes to have it up and running. Just be careful when sliding the tent over the frame since it’s a super snug fit to prevent any possible rips. The steamer works great fills up the tent quickly. So far I have used it a few times and it works great. Highly recommended for anyone with limited space.
