I can’t say enough great things about this portable sauna! From the moment I set it up, I felt like I had brought a luxury spa experience right into my home. The heat is powerful and consistent, and the setup was incredibly easy—no tools or stress required. It’s spacious enough to sit comfortably, and the materials feel high-quality and durable. After just one session, I felt my muscles relax, my skin glow, and my stress melt away. It’s been amazing for post-workout recovery, relaxation before bed, and even managing some minor aches and pains. I also love how compact it is when folded up—it stores easily in a closet. One small heads-up: the steamer produces some residual water, so it’s a good idea to place a small bowl or heat-safe container inside to catch the condensation. The only small issue is the fitting not as snip as I would like. No leaks though. Great for the backyard or garage. I use mine four days a week. I’m an x athlete, I would suggest getting it, especially for the price… I don’t have to go the dirty filthy germ infested 24 Hoir fitness

When it works. It works great..but it doesn’t always work 🤷🏼♀️ we’ve used it 8 times and 2 of those times it didn’t heat up. Never broke a sweat. Set the time and heat exactly the same each time but those 2 times, even though the timer worked..the heat did not. I have no idea why. It was very inexpensive so we didn’t expect too much. If it worked every time I’d give it 5 stars because it does work great….when it wants to. We aren’t done with it yet. We will keep trying and maybe figure out why it’s so unpredictable.

My disappointment with this sauna began when I started to try to follow the instructions, which are written in a pitiful fashion, and almost seem to presume that the reader has done this before, perhaps multiple times, with the way things are described. It begins with a reference to “unzip the tent and set up the olive green side of the placemat on the ground inside the tent“. I could not find anything inside of the box that was “olive”, so the process started with confusion for me. Mostly, I got through the assembly relying on my intuition and logic more than the stated chronology of steps. Granted, it’s not rocket science, but still, I find it very frustrating when simple steps to put something together cannot be adequately outlined. Then, I discovered that one of the metal tubes that form the frame was slightly wider than the rest, and did not adequately fit inside any of the plastic connector pieces. They did not provide any extra pieces, so the best I could do was “hammer it into place” to try to make it fit as best I could. In the process, I accidently stepped on another tube, and the darn thing quickly caved in. Fortunately it’s not bad enough to compromise the support of the frame, but clearly these are not top-notch quality pieces. Basically, the assembly consists of putting together a frame of hollow metal pipes with plastic connectors. But because there are two different size pipes, the chronology of connections is vital. The labeling on the instruction leaflet had such small print that I actually had to wear two pairs of reading glasses just to decipher where the small and large ones were supposed to go. After finally getting the frame together, it was apparent that the structure is virtually the same as one of those portable fabric closets, except that the outer covering is more heavy duty and water resistant. The outer-cover, unlike the frame, does seem to be of good quality, put together in quilt-like fashion. The next step was to install a plastic fitting through a hole on the lower side of the structure. Again, instruction was minimal, admonishing to do it “properly”. When all was said and done, I turned my attention to the electric heating device, which is almost all plastic (fairly lightweight plastic), as is the device inside the sauna that receives the steam. Though the combination of high heat and lightweight plastic makes me somewhat uncomfortable, I continued to proceed, only to discover that, after fifteen minutes, the “closet” was still not getting hot. At this point, my frustration was complete, and I just gave up. I was hoping that this would be an inexpensive way to enjoy the benefits of a sauna at home. Perhaps it is a step in that direction, but at a minimum, I believe I will need to make some significant upgrades to what was provided here by the manufacturer.
