There is something to be said of a relaxing night after a chaotic day. One thing that I must do to help alleviate some of those stressors is to use a portable sauna in the comfort of my own home. I used to frequent the SPA, but when I heard about the ability to have the SPA in my house- well I'm all for that! After finding a few to consider, I decided on this particular one made by JOEZHE store. Based on the visual presentation and the product details, it seemed like one that I would enjoy and so I ordered it to try it out. Now that I have this home, I can without hesitation say that this is a deeply good portable Sauna. The materials used to create this are of premium grade. Below, I will outline some of the features that led me to choose this over the others that I had considered. *Special features to consider: -Portable Sauna Room -1200W and (3) L -Heats up fairly quickly, reaching optimal temp at 140 after 10 minutes of warming up All in all, I do find that this is an incredible sauna. This is my second portable home sauna, and I can confidently say it’s my favorite. From the moment I set it up, I noticed how much more thought went into its design compared to my first. The setup was quick and straightforward—everything zipped together smoothly, and the included chair is surprisingly sturdy and comfortable. I love how quickly it heats up. Within minutes, the temperature is just right for a good sweat, and it stays consistent throughout the session. I also appreciate the multiple heat levels and the included remote, which lets me make adjustments without getting out of the sauna. The material is durable and well-insulated, so it holds heat efficiently while still being safe to use in a small room. Comfort is a major plus here. There’s enough space inside to sit and relax without feeling cramped, and the dual zippers for the hand openings are great for reading or scrolling on my phone while I sweat. I also love that it folds up easily for storage—it’s lightweight enough for me to handle on my own. After each session, I feel refreshed, relaxed, and my skin absolutely glows. It’s an amazing way to unwind after a long day or sore workout. I was honestly a little skeptical about buying a portable sauna, but this Sauna Box totally exceeded my expectations! Setup was super easy – it only took me about 10-15 minutes to get everything up and running. The instructions were clear, and all the parts fit together smoothly. The steam generator heats up quickly, and the 1200W power makes a real difference – it gets steamy fast and stays hot the whole time. I especially appreciate the 3L water tank – I can get a solid 30-40 minute session without having to refill. The tent itself is surprisingly spacious for something foldable and portable. I'm 5'6" and there's plenty of room for me to sit comfortably. It zips up tightly to keep the steam in, and there’s a little window that lets you see out or let in air if needed. Plus, the remote control is such a game changer – I can adjust the temperature and time without stepping out. One bonus I didn’t expect: it actually looks pretty cute for what it is. Doesn’t feel like a big eyesore in the corner of my room. This is my second personal sauna box, and I love using them, especially after an intense workout or before a bath! My first one was a shorter tent where I had to stay seated the entire time, so after moving, I thought upgrading to a taller version was a great idea. I originally got into using sauna tents when I couldn’t go to the spa during the shutdown. Since I didn’t want to invest too much into building a full sauna in a rental property, I couldn’t be happier with this option. Since this wasn’t my first sauna tent, I already had a good idea of what I was doing, so setting it up and getting it running was pretty easy. If you enjoy saunas and want the convenience of using one at home instead of always going to the spa or gym, this is definitely worth considering. (Personally, I think the tall version is much better than the smaller one—but of course, it depends on how much space you're willing to commit!) With a $40 coupon at the time of this review, getting a personal sauna for about $100 is a great deal in my opinion, especially for the value and utility it offers.

I have tried several of these style saunas and this is the first one that is a good size if you are above 5’5”. I found this very easy to set up and to take down. It stores easily as well. Cleaning was a breeze, this is really well designed and constructed. The steam level is comfortable and is best started prior to use, we just start it up and set a timer for 10 minutes. I am becoming a big fan of using this style as it is affordable, produces good results and portable as well. Would definitely recommend

Hear me out- I never thought I would have or want an in home sauna, however this has definitely changed my mind! Super easy set up and use, great heating level options, quality materials, comes with everything you need and functions well. I have chronic pain, and this has made a difference.
