  • Good quality for price
I am surprised at the quality of video and the camera itself, the app function is very user friendly and the camera tracks your coordinates and speed which is a nice plus. Can’t go wrong with this item for the price. Just make sure you get the correct SD card which is a class 10, U3 and everything works great. ... show more

  • Excellent 4K Dash Cam with GPS and Wi-Fi – Great Value!
recently installed this dash cam in my car, and I’m super impressed with its performance. The 4K resolution is crystal clear — it captures every detail on the road, even license plates at a distance. The built-in 64GB storage is more than enough for daily driving, and I haven’t had to worry about running out of space. One of my favorite features is the GPS function, which tracks my route and speed accurately. The Wi-Fi connectivity makes it super convenient to access footage directly from my phone without having to remove the memory card. The screen is also surprisingly large and clear, which makes it easy to review videos or adjust settings on the spot. ... show more

  • Great 5K Dash Cam with Useful Features
After my old dash cam stopped working, I needed a simple replacement, and this Sarmert C1 5K model was a great find. These days, driving without a dash cam feels as risky as leaving home without a phone—you never know when you’ll need it. The 2” IPS screen is a good size—large enough to check recordings without blocking visibility. Both day and night video quality are impressive, especially compared to my previous 1080p cam. The 150-degree wide-angle lens captures a broad view of the road, and I really appreciate that it includes a 64GB microSD card, saving me an extra purchase. Just keep in mind that 64GB fills up fast, so lowering the resolution might be a good idea. ... show more

The screen is bright and easy to read, and the wide-angle lens captures a broad view of the road ahead. I also like how responsive the interface is—simple buttons, intuitive layout, and quick startup. The build feels sturdy and reliable, and it mounts firmly to the windshield without shaking. Overall, it gives me peace of mind every time I drive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dependable dash ... show more

The built-in GPS and 5G WiFi make it easy to track routes and transfer footage to my phone without any hassle. The 150° wide-angle lens captures everything I need, and the G-sensor is a nice touch for automatically saving important clips. I also appreciate the loop recording, so I never have to worry about running out of space. It supports up to 512GB of storage, which is more than enough. The 2-inch screen is easy to use, and setup was simple. For the price, this dash cam is definitely worth it. • Is omission of information considered lying? *sigh*
Let me start by saying that I have had many different dash cams for several years and my past experience has been that buying a name-brand Dashcam such as a Garmin was the most reliable thus far. I will write a complete review of this product once I’ve had a chance to use it for a while, but just reading through the manual it was clearly stated that the 5K video resolution has a limited frame rate of 25 frames per second, it’s also on the back of the box, but I must have missed that somewhere in the listing *sigh*. At 4K and 2.5k you get the full 30 frames per second and there does not seem to be a 60 frame per second option at any resolution. Is this a dealbreaker? probably not but I would like to have known that prior to reading the manual. Also, I did know that you had to purchase an optional wiring kit for the 24 hour recording, but I did not know why and now I do: Basically for 24 hour recording you have to have a special cable that monitors your battery voltage in your vehicle and will stop the recorder from completely draining your car battery I actually shutting it off. Also it records one frame per second in the 24 hour record mode unless somebody bumped your vehicle and then it would start recording normal video for a while and then returned back to one frame per second. Well, this is a cool feature but I don’t think I will be using that and that’s probably why they don’t include the cable with the unit (most people won’t use it and even fewer would know how to hook it up correctly). The build quality of the camera looks and feels quite good. I still don’t know for sure why they have an “electrostatic sticker” they call it to put on your windshield before you stick the camera on, but I have a feeling this has something to do with making it easier to remove it in the future, if you had to remove it that is and probably has nothing to do with electrostatic protection. Could it be used as electrostatic or RF susceptibility shielding for the camera itself?… yeah sure I’ll buy that for a dollar. The cigarette lighter adapter looks to be a unlisted cheaply made product that will probably cause RF interference with sensitive radio equipment and or most likely fail prematurely because it doesn’t have any sort of regulatory marks on it not even the CE “China Export Mark” >.< LOL, it does also have a USB type A port on top of the cigarette, lighter adapter, although it’s not mentioned in the manual and according to the marketing plate, it says it’s rated for 5V 2A, so it’s not going to fast charge your USB-C smart phone, but it’s better than nothing I suppose. The output to the camera is rated at 5V 2.5A so if the cheap cigarette lighter adapter does cause any sort of RF interference with my ham radio equipment, I will simply use a different better, cleaner power supply with the same or better rating. I half expect it to have coil wine too but we will see. I have been surprised by the abilities of off brand dash cameras and also other new small digital devices made in China such as this device so we’ll see how good it is and I have a feeling it’s going to be good, but will it be reliable? It does have CE and FCC regulatory marks on the box though so hopefully this company had this thing tested for electromagnetic compatibility and they didn’t lie, cheat, or steal the test report from another device. I know a lot of people won’t care about that but HAM operators like myself take this stuff quite seriously… like life and death seriously! So if this thing is RF offensive in any way it will be getting reported to the FCC because after all, they’re putting the logo on the box saying that it meets their rules and regulations so it shouldn’t cause near field interference with other digital devices 😆 yea, sure, right, ahem… that still remains to be seen but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt for now. I mean, it comes from China after all and let’s be honest, they don’t have the most credible reputation for making devices that meet regulatory compliance, at least with their unmarked no name brands that is. China also produces some very very good quality products when it’s done right and all the regulatory rules are followed just look at Lenovo for example. It’s the small LLC companies you have to watch out for; they just wanna make a quick buck and they’ll cut any corner they can and they don’t care about regulatory compliance or public safety one bit! This puts your health and life in jeopardy by making unsafe products and selling them to Americans with complete disregard for our or anyone’s safety for that matter, flooding shippers like Amazon with product they won’t simply abandon and will sell anyway all while the cheap manufacturer gets away scott free, disappearing without a trace and Amazon is absolved of any liability because they’ll just say “hey we didn’t make it”. So as always… Buyer beware. ... show more
