This is sturdy material, and hangs easily and securely on the ladder. However the pockets are very flush to the backing, so they don't pull out very far. I imagine these would work for magazines or thin books, but I'll be surprised if I can get much else in there.

I wish they had this when my children were little! I ordered this to put on the bunk bed at my mother's house that's in the "play room". The older kids sleep on it when they're in town, the rest of the time we chase the littles and continuously grab them down from the ladder. This is a lifesaver! The bed is the old style metal frame with the round poles, this works fine. It would work on pretty much any ladder due to the design. Strong buckles and stitching, the pockets are great for storing children's books or other items and distract the 2 year old from trying to figure out how to bypass the cover itself, lol!
