Great scooter! I bought this about a year ago and it’s been working great. I live in a hilly area and was nervous about how this will handle them but it just speeds through, I don’t even feel the hills! Powerful motor. I was also surprised to learn about its Bluetooth capability and how I can connect my phone to it! Didn’t know about that until months later. Some time ago, I also had some issues with my hawk lights. They kept flickering. I contacted customer support and they immediately sent me new ones, free of cost! Replacement was pretty easy, I just asked support for a demo video on how to replace them. Only drawback is that it is a bit heavy and I don’t live on the ground floor. So carrying it upstairs was difficult in the beginning but you get used to it! Overall, I would definitely recommend. ... show more

UPDATE: 5/10/2026 After the unfortunate loss of my scooter due to electronics failure, the customer service team truly excelled by sending me a replacement. I am absolutely delighted, especially since this scooter is my primary means of transportation. My sincere thanks for such excellent customer service. *4 stars because, in the event of a lockout, there currently isn't a method to access your scooter. 🛴🙏😊 UPDATE: So, after less than a year and about 700 miles, my scooter just died. The screen was blank, no error codes, just flashing orange lights in the back. The back wheel locked up, and when I tried to move it, a super loud alarm went off. I couldn't turn it off because the fingerprint sensor wasn't working and the app wouldn't connect. To shut it up so no one thought I stole it, I had to smash it to stop the alarm. It was a nice scooter until this happened. This is one of the best scooters I have owned, and I am getting compliments for its good looks. Superb quality, solid, well-balanced, and ergonomic. I love the fingerprint and sound alarm feature. I had a 2000W scooter before, but this one is even better in power and speed. Although I try to stay under 21 mph, it can go over 27 mph with my 235 lbs weight. I wouldn't risk going faster, as I know how it feels if you crash to the ground, You could easily get a $45K bill in the ER.. The only problem I have is the squeaking or chirping sound of metal on metal in the rear hub. And it's not the disc brake; something is inside the hub. And front LED lights at the base are blinking randomly, like it there is loose power connection. And the throttle isn't as smooth as it could be. I'd give it 5 stars, but these three things are not easy to figure out how to fix. ... show more

This was my first electric scooter. I can't find many that will handle my size (6'1" 385lbs). I have put a little over 40 miles on this scooter in the first week. Actually, only rode it 4 days because of the weather. This is a great scooter. Simple to use and very stable. Very portable with the folding and locking design. It easily gets me to 20mph in Sport mode (Race mode would be illegal to ride on the bike paths in South Carolina.) I did let a younger(smaller) guy ride it in the parking lot and he said it easily got up to 31mph with him. Battery power seems good. A 10 mile trip This works great as a commuting scooter for our boat, much easier to transport in the tender to shore than my ebike. ... show more

I've had this e-scooter for less than a month now. By the 2nd week, the breaks were starting to give. I tried finding the phone number to call but apparently it didn't work so then I had to go onto Amazon Customer Service to figure out how to secure it. But now? You have to check in on the brakes atleast once a week to be sure that when you do ride it, the brakes will work in time. I don't if they just sent me an escooter with poor brakes or what because whenever I use the brakes, they're very loud! But just two days ago, I fell off this thing because the rear brake wouldn't stop in time, so I had to use a crosswalk pole to talk the fall so I wouldn't barrel into traffic! And trust me, I stopped very well in advance. Now, I've ridden escooters for over 6 years and thankfully wore a motorcycle helmet and gloves so I knew what to do and I was fine when I took the fall. But anybody can buy these things! Teenagers can ride these things! I see them riding on escooters every single day. So I think really dangerous to know that these things are being sold without there really really REALLY secure long-term brakes. I am personally a very cautious person. I brake very well in advance. I purchase protective gear because I understand being out there riding these things are a risk, no different than being in a car. However, if a product like this is being purchased to go to work they have to understand that the upkeep can become tedious overtime because now? Every week, I gotta check in on these brakes to make sure they work so I don't die every week. I also saw a review on here talking about how this guy said he needed to upgrade his brakes and now I understand why. This is a great scooter. I use it to commute 10 miles to and from work, 5 days a week. This is a long-commute escooter, I bought it for speed and it's milerage and I am not disappointed when it comes to it's performance. But when it comes to the brakes? That's a non-negotiable. People can die. And I pray nobody dies from using this product. ... show more

The support for this is outstanding! I had issues about 9pm on the weekend and I messaged them on “whatsapp.” To my surprise, I got support within a half hour! They helped me through the issue and got me on the road again! I highly recommend this product, especially because of the support they offer. It goes up to 30mph, but it is too scary for that, I use the mid setting which allows 19mph. This is a great scooter with great support! Update: technical support is so good that I don’t even have to call them! They message me to ask how the scooter is running. Previously, I stated that 31 mph was too fast, not anymore. Good scooter. The steering can be a bit sensitive when going fast, but you will get used to it. Great top speed. Brakes work excellent. One problem i faced was the headlight in the front becoming way too loose too fast. You have to make sure to screw it tighter after purchase. Other than that, great value for your money.
