I have wanted to take a good multi vitamin for a long time but they all have iron in them. I can not have iron in them because I have a condition that keeps me from absorbing iron. I saw this 50 plus and guess what? It does not have iron in it. After menopause we don't need an iron supplement to keep us from becoming anemic. I am thrilled with it.
