I was coming from a Gear S3 Frontier when I bought this watch. This one feels good on the arm. I liked it much better after I swapped out the band for a silicone band, after which, I barely felt the watch on my wrist. It's low profile and pretty. It was really easy to pair using the Galaxy Wearable app on my Samsung phone. I found myself using this watch a lot more than the Frontier. For one thing, I just couldn't sleep in the Frontier. It was cold, big, and I kept turning it on by accident all night. With this watch, even if I forget to turn on Goodnight Mode, it rarely comes on. I'm really into the sleep tracking, so this is important to me. It's also important that when I exercise, my watch isn't so uncomfortable that I end up just taking it off. This was a great upgrade for me. If you're looking for a low profile watch every bit as useful as the more expensive watches with the physical bezel, this is your watch.

I received my 44MM watch today. Looks like new with absolutely no scratches, and worked straight out of the box. There were two issues: (1) the watch band provided is a grey sport band, not the black leather band shown on the picture, and (2) the charger provided does not work, it overheats the watch. 3 Star rating for the issues. Otherwise a solid purchase.

This watch was so much cheaper than other ones that do the same exact thing. It recieves phone calls and texts. You can answer the phone and text back with out just a quick text. It's like a remote to your phone for music and it can take calls and texts while out of Bluetooth range! It did make me register it to my phone service and it's 10 bucks extra a month but completely worth it! I am completely satisfied.

Watch came like new, no scratches at all. I am really impressed with the fast shipping time. I only have 3 things to complain about, (1) it came with a silicon strap instead of leather, (2) it came with no charge, and (3) battery life is not great but by using it on the lowest brightness and disabling a couple of settings it can last the entire day without charging it. one last thing...the 40mm version looks really small, depending on your wrist diameter I recommend to go for the 44mm.

The seller sent me a scratched, dead watch that does not charge. I Ieft it for a day on the charger, and it said 6%. I tried this overnight again-- same thing. It never turned on. The watch is supposed to be "Amazon refurbished"-- there were scratches on the watch face, and it some visible adhesive on the sides between the steel and glass. The strap had obvious wear on it.

This product is worst that i bought ever. Glass has cracked. stainless steel has a lot of scratches. This is not "like new" product! And I think Seller didn't thoroughly check this. using Amazon, I bought many renewed product they said "like new" and this is worst. so terrible. I'll try to return this item. I'm very sad. It's my baby 's present for she's birthday.

I have been researching smart watches for awhile. This is a pricey purchase and I am a bit picky. I admit I was a little unsure purchasing a refurb after reading some of the reviews, but I couldn't be happier!!! It arrived early, it is beautiful, it works amazing! It looks and works like new. It came without the battery charged, but I charged it for 3 hours, and it holds a charge for a day and a half (i use it a lot and play spotify on it). The only thing I didn't like was the band. It is a rougher leather type band, so I ordered a silicone band, problem solved. I love this watch, it is both stylish and very useful. Highly recommend! Update: I absolutely love this watch. After a month and a half it has become a needed part of my day. I can check messages and make calls without my phone, although I need to be near my phone. It helps me track my fitness, stress level, and sleep patterns. Really a game changer in my life for self reflection, mobility, and fitness.

I thought it was glitching and almost returned it but read an article that said to update it and everything worked perfectly!!
