Light Wright, beutiful, but the rpocessor is slow, when yoy click something it takes a while to react...that is annoting to me other than that the battery life os good and came like new, no scratches

    • This phone is NOT compatible with current AT&T service plans
I chose this phone because it was advertised as compatible with AT&T service plans. My husband and I are long-time AT&T customers, and we confirmed in advance that we could add another phone to our family plan. I received the phone today and took it to our local AT&T store. The technicians there told us they could NOT add the phone to our plan, because AT&T doesn't support this phone. This is a 3G phone, and AT&T no longer supports 3G technology. So, now I have to return the phone and start all over again, because the Amazon product description misled me about the functionality of the phone. Needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed about the time and energy I've wasted on this purchase; I'm going to buy another phone elsewhere. ... show more

This item was a gift & was shipped internationally via DHL. When received phone was very dusty & dirty. It had no SIM card removal tool. Volume on phone is not working properly( very low at times, cannot hear when it rings). Very disappointed.

We bought this for our daughter as an upgrade from her 2 year old Samsung that only had 8 GB of memory. This one is much faster and has 32 GB of on board memory. Great for Instagram, (She's an artist!) and other apps that she needs for school. Very good purchase at a reasonable price. Definitely would recommend! ... show more

Replaced my Samsung Galaxy S5 with this Samsung Galaxy A20 and I'm very happy with the A20. Once I've gotten used to the A20's functions I'm wondering why I waited so long to upgrade. Still many functions to learn and found some very helpful YouTube video's showing some great tips and tricks.
