I was a bit weary about purchasing this TV as it's an open-box item and had very little reviews - besides that, the only reviews listed seemed pretty mixed. Originally I wanted to purchase this exact model as new, but Amazon only offers it as open-box and it was also cheaper than Best Buy. My order came in earlier than anticipated, and based off of the packaging you wouldn't have ever guessed that it was previously owned/returned. Everything came sealed and with protective film, no parts were missing whatsoever and there were no scratches, dents, etc. Setting up the TV was a breeze, the only thing that took a while besides setting up my wall mount was waiting for the latest update to install (took less than 10 minutes). The image quality is vivid and clear, and I have no complaints about the audio. I don't think a sound bar is necessary, however, I think I'll be investing in one in the future just to tie everything together. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase!

We initially purchased one of these terrible TVs and it arrived with a broken screen. Re-purchased and returned the defective one and it stops working after 4 months of normal use. Completely black screen, no way to navigate to menu etc. The Amazon Renewed (A to Z) guarantee is only good for 90 days so we've wasted our time and our money. Bad service and I do not recommend buying anything from the Amazon Renewed Store based on our experience.

Here's the thing the product absolutely showed up on the date that the website said it would in proper enough working conditions remotes & the smart TV thankfully no glitches short circuits options on the equipment work as is on command also when out of the box the condition of the product looked as if it was never used before if I didn't know this was refurbished ahead of time I would have never been able to tell the difference which is a good thing A Plus however one of the few itty issues is are you willing to wait that long as in over potentially 3 to 4 weeks for that I need to show up?? Not to throw shade because I do understand that they have a job to do and to inspect both pieces of product device thoroughly to make sure that everything isn't working order that things are polished enough to look good and presentable which is very much appreciated Personally if the individual doesn't mind waiting that long like I did while getting a decent high quality item for a lower price than the original compared to a full brand new one then yes I would definitely recommend this especially to save a few dollars
