I was nervous buying a fridge online, and we didn’t have much room for error as we have a wall on one side (and the back of course) of the fridge and a cabinet on the other side. There was also a cabinet above the fridge. The dimensions being so close to our opening made me nervous. The sellers were easy to contact and let me know about the return if need be. Also, we found out they could install and haul away for just a little extra! This was awesome. The company was in and out in no time and were extremely kind. I brought this refrigerator sometime in January got it in late February. I just got a around to set up the water pipe because it did not come with a water hose. The ice maker (do not! Do not! Do not! )make alot of ice. The water dispenser don't even give me a drop of water. This is a waste of my money. I have regret buying it. It keeps thing cool and freezen but that's not why I brought it. The things why I brought it dont work properly. Foolishness ... show more

This refrigerator is very pretty and has the features I was looking for. However, the hose to hook it up to water is too short, there is no butter compartment, no egg compartment and there is no tray under the water spicket to catch the drips which won't stop dripping. So make sure to order a hose long enough to connect it to your water source. Also buy a little tray to catch the drips, an egg tray and a butter tray. ... show more

There refrigerators are absolute junk. The icemaker’s leak and the compressors are bad. I just had this replaced Thursday and it’s Sunday and the refrigerator is at 65 degrees inside.Mine filled in under 2 1/2 years in Samsung‘s customer service is absolutely horrendous.

Icemaker and water dispenser didn't work. Freezer is 15-20 degrees too cold, meaning ice cream is a brick and can't be served. First technician (Bene Tech) was terrible and couldn't fix either problem; they stopped responding to us and then said we needed to start over. Requested different company and got SmartCare; they were great. Got water dispenser and icemaker working on first visit. However, after replacing all pertinent parts, freezer is still much too cold. I think we will have to live with it. As for "fingerprint resistant," that couldn't be farther from the truth; front of fridge smudges horribly. On a positive note, Samsung customer service reps were very nice and set up warranty service right away, so they do stand by their product. ... show more

Within the past four weeks, we bought as-Is and moved into a single-family house containing this fridge/freezer, which according to the unit labeling was made in December 2021. Two days ago, the unit, whose six-month warranty expired this June, died altogether. The cost to repair it - if repair would even be possible - would likely cost at least the same as buying a brand-new, still-under-warranty unit. Bottom line: When a manufacturer provides a warranty of only 6 months on a large appliance that may die shortly after the warranty expires, run the other way. Fast! To make matters worse, this manufacturer's customer-support service provides anything but good support and good service. The new fridge/freezer we bought today is from a manufacturer that stands by its products. In our previous home, which has the same brand/model we have ordered for our new home, that unit has worked like a charm - except for one instance when an electrical wire for the dashboard display broke. A repair person dressed in workclothes bearing the manufacturer's branding responded the same day we called for help, and diagnosed and fixed the problem within that same hour.
