Love this stand alone salt chlorinator system. We had a pump salt chlorinator combo and the chlorinator stopped working, didn’t want to replace the whole system since the pump still worked. Found this salt chlorinator system and been using it for 2 seasons now and just love it. It’s very simple to set up and it hooked up to our above ground pool without the need for hose adapters or the such…total plug and play simplicity. The controls are very simple to use and the built in thermometer is nice to monitor water temperatures. Very well made and works like a dream. If you are look8mg for a stand alone salt system this is a very good option. The price is not bad either, for us it was better than buying a whole new pump and salt system. I had a problem after about 14 months have contacted this company many many times to this site even getting help from Amazon directly to their email and left a voice messages with a difficult number to provide. No response back so within my two-year warranty period but they will not contact me. serenity level is perfect, I’ve done all the troubleshooting cleaned exactly of the instructions. I have only used for one Minnesota summer so far, with positive results. Used on a 10,000 gallon pool in-line with a large pump and sand filter. Easy to use and was reliable for the first season. Much better pricing than a comparable sized Intex unit.

Two weeks in and so far so good. I have had two previous intex generators that both only lasted 1.5 - 2 years. Hoping I get more out of this one! Love that this one is more programmable and shows the water temp on it. And it is much cheaper than the Intex versions.

Worked well last season, but after just one season one of the salt cell plates has completely broke off in the cell.. I guess you get what you pay for..

I originally thought bad about this chlorine generator until I gave up and just let it run. It appears the issue was letting it warm up. It would start flashing green and red, I swear I never found this in the manual, and I thought something was wrong. Nope just warming up. After the operator error it has worked great. It stays outside and has been quite durable. Generates good chlorine at this point. It is picky on the salt levels, but the on the control panel it is easy to read the low salt indicator. I would recommend this product and I think it is a great value for the money so far. ... show more

I only rated one star because its the lowest!!! It shouldnt get a star at all!!! I purchased this saltwater chlorinator in July of 2025, and less than a year later, it has already failed. What’s even more frustrating is how the warranty is structured versus what actually wears out. The company advertises a 2-year warranty, which sounds reassuring at first—but the salt cell, which is the most critical and expensive component, is only rated for about 2,600 hours of use (which is 108 days..... That’s nowhere near two full seasons for most pool owners. When the unit stopped working, I was told the salt cell had simply reached the end of its life and wasn’t covered. Now they expect me to purchase a replacement salt cell that costs nearly as much as buying an entirely new system. That makes the original purchase feel misleading and not worth the investment. Between the short lifespan, high replacement cost, and lack of meaningful warranty coverage on key parts, I would not recommend this chlorinator. It ends up being far more expensive than it appears upfront. ... show more
