I APOLOGIZE TO TROXLLY FOR MY ORIGINAL POST BELOW. MY POOL GUY INSTALLED THE CHLORINATOR BACKWARDS. Working great and Troxlly was responsive and offered a full refund. I looked one last time and found the issue! Original: Worked GREAT in the fall from August through October. Did not work when I hooked it up again in April 26. Doesn’t display salt PPM nor temperature and I don’t know for sure if the chlorinator is producing chlorine. Called Troxlly warranty number for the Chlorinator and was handed over to a “Just Ask U” agent and was charged $75.00 for nothing!!! Sent an email to Troxlly and haven’t received anything in a week. ... show more

Worked great for five months, then the display went blank. Now I have no way to monitor or control it. Seller has not replied to my email. Talked to Amazon and so far they have done nothing. BEWARE. UPDATE: Troxlly contacted me after the review and told me they had received my email and thought they had responded. Pressed the wrong button! Easy install, great directions and value. I purchased this to replace a failed unit at half the price of the existing unit. It does appear to be made of somewhat lesser quality, but rest assured it installed and functioned perfectly. Mine has b for about 6 months now without issue.
